We bought a used **** Nissan titan in march, bought a fuel pump from auto zone because Nissan overcharges for everything, here we are * months later we take it back to Nissan it had to be towed they claim the fuel pump is bad. they charge ***.** to replace it, me going to exchange it at auto zone (we got a lifetime warranty), today get a text you brought us a bad one. it was brand new I saw it come out of the box. service manager not exactly friendly and then tells me you all will laugh at me for contacting you because we didn't spend $**** on their part. I want a coupon for service for this go around or a discount or reimbursement. This is horrible customer service. I work for ford I didn't want my husband to go to Nissan in the *st place.
