I am currently facing challenges registering my vehicle in Florida as Nissan has stated my title is with Pennsylvania, my previous state of residence. Nissan requires a written request form from Florida DMV before revealing any information, but Florida DMV seems unaware of such a form. Pennsylvania DMV demands various documents, including a Florida State driver's license, a utility bill, $53, and form [redacted], along with Nissan's release of lien holder details. This process is a loop as Nissan must disclose this information before Pennsylvania DMV can assist further. I seek clarity on the specific form Nissan requires to proceed. I have consulted multiple Florida DMV representatives with limited success as they redirect me to Paul at the DMV. Can someone provide the necessary form number or details required to resolve this situation efficiently?

I recently discovered that there seems to be an error on my car title indicating there is a lien on it, despite having cleared the full payment in [redacted]. Unfortunately, after my car was involved in an accident and deemed a total loss, resolving this issue is crucial for the insurance company to compensate me properly. I suspect there might have been an oversight during the title processing, and I am keen on rectifying it promptly. Any guidance on the steps to correct this discrepancy would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I am in need of my original title to register my car in Pennsylvania. I currently lease a Nissan Rogue and have recently relocated from RI to PA. The process for registering my Rogue in PA requires the original title. I am looking into handling this through AAA. Upon researching, I have come across multiple complaints about MyTitleSupport.com on the Better Business Bureau website, so I would like to avoid using their services. Any guidance on the most effective way to obtain my title temporarily to present it at AAA for registration would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I purchased a [redacted] Nissan Rogue from Dan O'Brian in Chelmsford, MA while living in New Hampshire. After moving to Dracut, MA in October/November, I've faced challenges registering my car at various RMV locations. Despite providing power of attorney letters from Ms. Verlinda Williams and assistance from Stella at the New Hampshire RMV, the process has been frustrating due to Nissan's lack of cooperation. I have been put on hold for hours and faced unhelpful customer service agents who pass me around without resolution. My urgency increases as my mother's health requires me to travel to Florida by January 8, [redacted]. I hope for a prompt response from Nissan so that I can attend to my mother's needs and finalize the car registration. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am seeking assistance in obtaining a title release form for the [redacted] Nissan Maxima I financed through Nissan Motors. I am experiencing issues with my clock not keeping time in my [redacted] Nissan Rogue SL purchased new from Nissan of Anderson in Georgia. The consultant Mike Hudson handled my appointment. After the first attempt to fix the clock by adjusting the time zone, it remains a problem. I have been instructed to bring in my car on a specific day, but delays and miscommunications have caused frustration. I am concerned about the service provided and the inconvenience it has caused me and my husband who now has to take time off work without a confirmed resolution. I am hoping for a prompt and satisfactory fix to avoid a negative experience with my new car and the dealership. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Terrie Burdette
