While playing Pokémon Moon, I attempted to use the GTS for a trade. However, during the exchange of a shiny Snivy, the trade was interrupted. Since then, whenever I try to use the GTS or trade again, I receive a message stating that the connection was interrupted or the console was turned off during the trade. This message has been persisting all day, and I am quite frustrated. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, and I am in need of assistance.

My Nintendo Switch was banned a year ago, and I haven't been able to use it since. Every time I try to connect to Splatoon or the eShop, I receive an error message with the code 2[redacted]. I looked it up online and discovered it's related to fraudulent activity, but I never did anything wrong. I'm worried I won't be able to play the new Animal Crossing with my friends if I can't resolve this issue. Please, I hope someone can look into this and help me. Thank you. - Jonathan

On Saturday, the 28th of March [redacted], I noticed three unauthorized rapid payments on my debit card. Two were for BWP [redacted].01 each (Botswana Pula), and one was for BWP 12.24 through PayPal with the reference PAYPAL *NINTENDO [redacted] LU. Unfortunately, when I tried to resolve this through PayPal's Resolution Center, I couldn't find any transactions in my account. It seems that my debit card was used through PayPal to make a payment, possibly around 70 USD, to NINTENDO. While I do use PayPal for online shopping, I haven't made any purchases from NINTENDO. I've been unable to report this to PayPal as the phone number provided only leads to a limited interaction automated machine.

My Nintendo account was breached recently. I acted swiftly by updating my sign-in ID and password to secure it. Unfortunately, the hacker managed to make a purchase of $[redacted].99 by associating my Epic Games account with theirs. I am urgently seeking the reversal of this charge and the necessary measures to be taken against the perpetrator who infiltrated my account. The incident has caused financial strain as the transaction overdrew my bank account, linked through PayPal to my Nintendo account. I have an issue with my Nintendo Ring-Con (from the game Ring Fit Adventure). For the past week, it hasn't been recognizing when I squeeze or stretch it while playing. When I insert the Joy-Con, it does recognize that it's attached to the ring and it rotates on the screen if I twist it. I have tried restarting the console, deleting game data, etc. and nothing has worked. It fails to detect the force applied to it. The Joy-Cons work fine as I have been playing other games with them. I have tried to contact Nintendo by phone and email, as well as the store where I bought it, but no one has given me a solution. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to my problem. Ideally, by replacing my Ring-Con since it's clearly a hardware issue. It's 4 months old, was purchased during Christmas, and has been used no more than 10 times. With the quarantine, it was really helping me and I need it.

On Wednesday evening, I contacted Nintendo Support regarding issues loading Minecraft using a physical game card. After troubleshooting, it was determined that the problem was with the game card. I was advised to address this with the retailer I purchased it from, Amazon. Since it was bought in December, past the return window, I bought the digital version from the Nintendo eShop that night. Following instructions, I deleted the original Minecraft software before downloading the digital version. However, after installation, the same issue persisted - a black screen then an error message stating, "The software was closed because an error occurred." Sometimes, the game doesn't even launch fully. I need guidance on how to proceed now.

Hello, I was using my Nintendo Switch and left it on the side table briefly. When I returned, I encountered the error code [redacted]-[redacted], prompting me to restart the console. Hello. I'm Ryan K., a 15-year-old facing an issue with my Wii U while playing Super Mario 3D World. Specifically, the problem arises in the final Captain Toad level in the Crown World where I cannot get the propellers to go up by blowing into the mic. Despite multiple attempts, following walkthroughs and even checking Nintendo's support site, I am unable to progress. Blowing into the mic worked in the past in this game but seems to be unresponsive now. I've considered testing the microphone with other games, but I don't have the option currently. I understand there's a microphone test in the Wii U system settings, but it only checks for audio functionality and not blowing into it. My husband and I recently bought Nintendo Switch Lite consoles. I purchased a physical copy of Animal Crossing, and a digital copy for my husband to ensure we could play together without waiting for the physical copy. However, I didn't realize a separate Nintendo account is needed for multiplayer functionality in the game. As a result, my husband can't visit my island, and I now have two copies of the game on my account. I've invested a lot in both the systems and games. Is there a way to get a refund or credit so I can purchase the game on a separate account for my husband? Thank you for your help.

On Thursday, August 27th, I was using my Nintendo Switch as usual when I turned it off around 9 PM by pressing the power button. When I returned on Monday, September 1st, and tried to turn it on to play Fortnite with my friend, the screen wouldn't activate. Despite my efforts since then, the screen stays black and won't turn on.

I recently purchased a new switch after misplacing my old one. I am trying to transfer all my downloaded games, Fortnite skins, and other data from the old switch to the new one. However, when attempting to link the new switch to my old account, my son accidentally selected an old username with none of the data. I am now unable to add a new user from my account as it says one is already linked. I am wondering if there is a way to delete the current user so I can try linking the correct one that was used on the lost switch.

I've had my Nintendo Switch for just over a year now, and recently I've encountered issues with the game card slot. It seems that two of the pins inside the slot have bent, causing my Switch to be unable to read any game cards. While I can still play games downloaded from the eShop, I'd like to have this issue resolved promptly without needing to replace my Switch or undergo a factory reset. If a resolution without those options isn't possible and there may be charges involved, I'd appreciate receiving unlimited eShop coins to purchase the games I own physical copies of.

I have encountered ongoing issues attempting to download the DLC expansion passes for Breath of the Wild. The problem arose after my Switch crashed and had to be repaired, resulting in the loss of all my saved games, including the DLC for BotW. I have both the physical game card version of BotW and purchased the DLC expansion passes from the Nintendo eStore. Although the eShop indicates that I have purchased the DLC, it does not appear when I attempt to redownload it. It seems that there is a discrepancy between the physical game card and the virtual DLC version, preventing me from accessing the additional content. I am eager to resume playing the DLC and would appreciate it if Nintendo could assist me in resolving this issue.

A few years ago, I created a Nintendo Account hastily, entering incorrect details. Now that I want to use services like Nintendo Online, I cannot access my account because I forgot the password, do not recall the date of birth I entered, and the system claims my nickname is incorrect, even though it is "wat." I am currently playing the original Final Fantasy 7 and experiencing some issues at the Nibelheim safe. Despite inputting the correct combination of 36 right, 10 left, 59 right, 97 right, I keep getting a "failed" message. This prevents me from acquiring optional character Vincent and accessing Lucretia's cave, which would offer a final weapon. I had success opening the safe on my PS4 but encountered a setback, leading me to restart the game. Although I obtained the Be My Valentine trophy on the PlayStation system, I now face the same problem on the Switch version. Is there a glitch in the game that is causing this repeated issue with the safe?

Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding a specific character in Smash Bros Ultimate, Bayonetta. I believe she is unbalanced compared to the rest of the roster. While some characters excel in power but lack speed, and vice versa, Bayonetta seems to lack in both areas. She struggles to effectively take out opponents due to her weak recovery and unreliable combos. Her slow speed and light weight make her vulnerable, and her combos can be easily countered. I feel she was nerfed too severely and could benefit from more kill options and better speed to compete with others like Sheik, who has reliable combos and speed. Bayonetta's current state limits her survival in matches, and improving her speed and combo consistency would greatly enhance her gameplay. Thank you for considering these adjustments.

In the recently launched game, Mario Golf Super Rush, I noticed an interesting difference between the characters Mayor Pauline and Bowser. During their quick movements, Mayor Pauline's action is named "Diva Dash," while Bowser's is termed "Volcano Dash." I am concerned by this distinction and feel disappointed that a female character is labeled with 'diva' while a male character is given 'volcano.' I believe in equality for all individuals, regardless of gender. Although the game is new, I think this gender bias should be rectified. Women should be portrayed in a manner that better reflects their abilities and strengths beyond stereotypes. I have decided to refrain from playing any games on our family's Nintendo Switch until this issue is addressed. Best, Leila A. S.
