Dear Nintendo, I am excited about the potential for Splatoon 3 and wanted to share some creative ideas with you. These suggestions include adding customizable accessories for characters, different body shapes for customization, unique stickers for weapons, introducing new idols and hairstyles for boys, the ability to choose our ink color, adding more hairstyles for Octolings, and expanding the Hero mode storyline with new agents and story elements. I believe these ideas could enhance the gameplay experience and make the game more diverse and engaging. Thank you for considering these suggestions. Best regards, Splatoon Lover 1,[redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a somewhat unusual yet essential request. I am employed at a high school and provide assistance to two students facing severe sight impairments that impact their vision, although they retain some visual ability. Typically, we aid them by enlarging objects and papers for better visibility. Many students at our school are enjoying the Nintendo Switch, which is currently quite popular. Unfortunately, our visually impaired students are unable to participate because they struggle to see the screens clearly due to their small size. I am inquiring if there is a cord or device available that could be connected to the Switch and then to a laptop or iPad, enabling the games to be played on a larger scale. This issue weighs heavily on me as these students face social challenges due to their vision limitations, preventing them from participating in activities their peers enjoy. I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter to the appropriate individuals who may offer a solution. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Helyn Young.

As a lifelong Pokemon fan, my sister and I eagerly preordered Pokemon Pearl and Diamond in [redacted] at Target. We were excited about the reserved games but were disappointed when we didn't receive the special limited edition stylus promised for preorders. Even now, at 22 years old, I still remember missing out on that Palkia stylus. Is there any way to still get my hands on one after all these years?

Hello! I recently bought a pre-owned Pokemon Ruby game for Gameboy Advance. I'm unsure if it's legitimate for migrating Pokemon to Pokemon Platinum as the imprinted numbers on the front label are not visible. I'd appreciate any insights on this matter.

I contacted Nintendo customer service seeking help because my 11-year-old son, who is autistic, misplaced the $20 ecard we bought from Walgreens. The representative seemed unsure if they could assist as I couldn't provide the alphanumeric code requested; all I had was a Walgreens receipt stating "electronic card activation" with numbers below it. After suggesting my son might have already used the card, she requested the DS serial number, seemingly doubting me. Upon finding no card redemption linked to it, she asked for my email. Eventually, realizing the card hadn't been redeemed, I asked if someone could assist, but she declined. Her final remark about being more careful upset me, especially given my son's distress in the background. While I understand the constraints on refunds, I find it frustrating that even with proof of non-redemption, we couldn't retrieve the lost card. Disheartened by the unhelpful interaction, I ended up buying another card. I hope Nintendo can improve their customer service approach, especially in sensitive situations involving children with disabilities.

Dear Reader, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my message. On 9/21/19, I was preparing to move and disposing of boxes when a burglar tried to rob me at my apartment trash can. Luckily, a kind neighbor I had only seen around the neighborhood intervened and stopped the criminal. While helping me, he accidentally dropped his Nintendo Switch (I believe it's called because it's red and blue) and it broke. He didn't want me to replace it and left before I could offer further assistance. As I am in the midst of moving, I can't easily help him, but I've reached out to various places to find a replacement. The Boys and Girls Club suggested contacting Nintendo to see if they could send him a new one. I only have his apartment number, not his name. I would be extremely grateful if Nintendo could assist in this matter. Thank you for your consideration. - C.J.

Hello! I'm Rocco Mesoraca, a college senior and a huge fan of the Nintendo Wii. Since receiving the console in [redacted], I've enjoyed playing games like Wii Play, Wii Sports Resort, Mario Party 8, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Mario Super Sluggers, and Mario Kart Wii. However, I've encountered a problem with my Wii console specifically related to Mario Kart Wii. Despite having a well-maintained disc, my system is unable to read any copies of the game. This issue started abruptly about 6 months ago and persists after trying multiple copies. I'm seeking assistance from Nintendo to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve this problem as Mario Kart Wii is an essential game for multiplayer fun. I wish to avoid purchasing a new Wii console as mine is in excellent condition aside from this disc-reading issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nintendo! Rocco Mesoraca

Hello there ^^ I need your urgent assistance. I enjoy playing my 3DS, especially Super Smash Bros, since I can't afford a Switch right now. However, my game has not been working for some time now. When I try to launch it, I receive an error message saying, "you cannot use this game card." I thought of a solution: since I have the physical game, I should be able to have it in digital form. I tried to do this through the Eshop and was thrilled to see it offered. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough space on my 2GB SD card, which came with the console. I ordered a new 64GB micro SD card with a standard SD adapter, received it last night, and tried again this morning. Sadly, the option to redownload the game in digital form did not appear with this new SD card (it did with the old 2GB card). I assume the game recognizes my 2GB card but rejects the new one. What should I do to resolve this issue and enjoy my game again? Best regards,

I recently made a purchase for the Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion using my credit card. The item cost $19.99. After downloading it, I attempted to start playing the expansion within Splatoon 2. However, despite following the instructions and selecting "Listen Closely," it prompted me to make a purchase again. I believed the purchase might have been applied to my other Splatoon 2 data (as I have two profiles). I tried re-downloading the expansion, but encountered issues. I have searched for a resolution but have been unsuccessful.

Hello, I am a Nintendo Switch player seeking assistance. I borrowed an account from my friend to play games, and she mentioned that I could change the birthday as she transferred the account to me. I am familiar with all the details of the account, such as the birthday, email address, and the games I have played. Could you kindly assist me in changing the birthday on this account? I am more than willing to cooperate fully with your process. Please let me know if you require any additional information. Thank you!

Some time ago, my previous New Nintendo 3DS XL got damaged, making it inaccessible for a system transfer. I have now purchased a new Nintendo 3DS (N3DS) and wish to transfer my old NNID to this new device to regain access to my previously bought games. To do this, I need assistance in unlinking my Nintendo account from the broken N3DS without needing to perform a system transfer.

Hello, I'm Robert. I attempted to download Mario Kart 8 onto my Nintendo Switch console. It was supposed to be the full game download of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. After entering the code, I tried to download it twice, wasting over four hours waiting. I am extremely dissatisfied with the situation. An error code [redacted]-[redacted] keeps appearing, saying, "Unable to confirm server status, try later." I am frustrated that I cannot download the game for my son and very unhappy with the download process.

I have a Switch with 3 accounts - mine, and my two sons'. My two sons are getting their own Switch Lites for Christmas. I recently purchased a game on special and want to buy it on my sons' account as well. When I log into the eShop under their account, it shows as 'purchased'. My concern is that when we move their accounts to their new Switches on Christmas morning, the content may not show as 'purchased' since it was bought with my account, not theirs. How can I buy eShop titles I already own on my system with a different account in anticipation of Christmas? Thank you.

I wanted to share my thoughts on Nintendo's latest DLC for "Breath of the Wild." There seems to be a significant plot hole regarding the inclusion of the Outset Island Link clothes. This particular outfit belongs to a different timeline, the adult era, which doesn't seem to align with the child era where "Breath of the Wild" is set, considering references to "Twilight Princess" and Ganon's resurrection. It's surprising to see this mix-up, and I hope they address and rectify this inconsistency soon.

I purchased Pokémon Sword on its release day. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with the game card not being detected properly. During gameplay, it freezes and displays error code 2[redacted]. After restarting the system, it would work fine again, but this problem is occurring frequently, and specifically with this game alone. I'm unsure if others are encountering the same issue, and if a Nintendo update might resolve it, or if my game is faulty. What should be my next course of action?

Recently, my left Joy-Con has been problematic, showing a consistently low battery status and refusing to charge up today. Despite previously working flawlessly, it has now started malfunctioning. I've taken several troubleshooting steps such as ensuring the switch is plugged in, attaching the Joy-Cons properly, restarting the switch, and checking the power source. Interestingly, the right Joy-Con is functioning perfectly.

I received the 3-month free Twitch Prime offer and followed it up with claiming the 9-month Twitch Prime offer. However, I've been wrongly charged $7.99 for a 3-month Nintendo Switch Online membership instead of receiving the expected 9-month free offer. After checking the calendar, I realized that the alleged 3-month period ended on 12/22/19. To prevent any issues, I claimed the Twitch 9-month offer on Saturday, 12/21/19. I kindly request that this issue be rectified promptly and the charge adjusted accordingly. Sincerely, Jennifer

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch from Target in Falls Church, Virginia during the Black Friday sale for my eight-year-old grandson's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, upon setting it up, we discovered a permanent line on the screen. I am seeking guidance on how to exchange this unit for a new one. Additionally, I am unsure if there are any steps I need to take to clear the information we entered during the setup process.

I purchased the Pokémon Nintendo Switch for my son for £[redacted].99 from Argos. We were informed that we needed to set it up and visit the eShop to buy the games. Upon checking, we discovered that the games he wanted were each around £50, not free downloads as we were led to believe. This was disappointing and upsetting for my son. Today, I visited Argos hoping for a refund, but they declined as the item had been opened. However, setting up the console was necessary to check for the games. I am frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I have tried reaching out to Nintendo's call center, but it is busy. I am unsure how else to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

My Nintendo Switch has been working perfectly, and all the necessary components are connected to the dock. However, despite having everything plugged in properly, the dock is not charging the Switch or the pro controller. There are no other devices connected to the outlet it is using, but it still won't charge. I'm wondering if I need to get a new dock or if there's another solution to this issue.
