Hello, I have a big issue with Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. I have tried to solve this problem from what I have read from the internet and customer support. I have a new iPhone and I’m trying to get my old game data on that, my old game is also on an iPhone. First when I launched the game on my new device I clicked ’link nintendo account’ and it seemed to work, but the game had to update. Then the game started, from scratch!! Now I have deleted & downloaded the game app multiple times and linked it to my nintendo account, got the save data and this always happens. I have not been playing on my old device while I have done this, I have closed the game, turned my old phone off. I have tried everything. My old game still exists and works, but only on my old device. What should I do?*In order to trying to solve this I played through the tutorial on my new device and then unlinked the game*deleted its data. Then I tried to get my old game on my new phone again, and it always starts from scratch, even though my old game is linked to my My Nintendo account. It seems that it isn’t though, and I think I need a way to link it again, so that I can somehow get it on my new device. Can you help me with this?
