Hello there ....**I just wanted to let you know how much our family really enjoys your Nintendo products. We as a family really enjoy playing the wii. As a family we play and have a family game night. That's when we shut off all our cell phones and enjoy the family as we play games on the wii. Our son I think is one of your biggest fans. He is going to be ** soon. He is special needs and in his last year of high school. Just recently we moved almost * hours from a place we called home. The move was hard on him. With him being special needs, ADHD, Anxiety issues, Autism and with that comes difficultly to adapt to change. He has a Nintendo *DS xl that helps him relax, keep him focused and to calm him down. Unfortunately the screen on his DS is cracked and because of that he can't play it anymore. With him not being able to use it has made some parts of his day unbearable. With the move and adjusting to a new area we just don't have the finances to repair or purchase him a new DS system. I wasn't sure if you could send him some kind of merchandise swag or a program where he could get a new one. If not then I'm sorry for bothering you.
