I have continually been charged on my bank card for two months. I made a purchase in October however I keep getting charge the same amount $**.** & *.** every week for the past five weeks. I am having a heck of a time contacting your billing department to stop. I had to have my Visa card cut by the bank. Please tell me how to contact the right department to get a refund.
