On September 5, [redacted], I purchased a code for Mario Rabbids Battle Kingdom Gold on Amazon Prime for my grandson, Joey J., to use on his 6th birthday on September 28, [redacted]. Despite sharing the email with his parents, the game could not be accessed by Joey from September 28 to 30, causing frustration and disappointment. Nintendo mentioned it would take 2 to 3 days to fix the redemption code issue, which seems unreasonable for such a large company. After numerous calls to Amazon and Nintendo Customer Service, I hope that Joey will receive a physical, not digital, redemption code for the Super Mario Rabbids Kingdom Gold edition at his home address: 9 Roosevelt Street, Bayville, NY [redacted]. Providing the physical code would greatly improve Nintendo's reputation.

I purchased a digital redemption code for Mario Rabbid Battle Kingdom Gold Edition on Amazon Prime for my grandson, Joey Jaszczuk, for his 6th birthday. Despite buying it on 9/5 to be used on 9/28, Joey has not been able to access the game. This has been a huge disappointment for both Joey and me. Nintendo has informed us multiple times that it will take 2 to 3 days, and now 7 days, to resolve the issue. I believe this delay is unacceptable for such a large company. I have contacted Amazon and Nintendo Customer Service numerous times, advocating for my grandson to receive a physical, not digital, redemption code at his address. I provided incident numbers [redacted]76 and [redacted]34 to Nintendo representative Brittany, who extended the resolution time to 7 days. Despite requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without any assistance.

I am puzzled by Nintendo's decision to introduce Nintendo Switch Online. Admittedly, I am not a fan of this newly implemented service, and it seems I am not alone in feeling this way. I had eagerly purchased a Nintendo Switch upon its release, only to have my excitement dampened by the introduction of this online system. In particular, requiring a membership fee for Splatoon 2 has left me disheartened. The Nintendo Switch provides an ideal platform for online gaming, and this move feels like a step backward. Numerous popular games rely on online features, and many young players are now facing difficulties. Nintendo, I implore you to consider the ramifications of this decision. There are countless children worldwide who cannot afford to pay for online services, no matter how modest the fee. Even a nominal $3 charge every 2 years will meet resistance. I believe that discontinuing the online service will not only lead to increased profits for your company but also regain the favor of many disillusioned customers.

I am experiencing issues with my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Despite trying troubleshooting tips from Nintendo's website, the left joystick does not register between 11 and 1 O'Clock, affecting gameplay significantly. The controller was bought on Amazon on May 24, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The problem started on September 15, [redacted]. I believe the serial number is L9EN73A, as it's the only set of numbers visible on the controller. I have auditory neuropathy, making phone calls challenging. Text support redirected me to a phone number, causing further frustration. Chat support is unavailable or unresponsive during scheduled hours, and the "Request email response" links loop back to the initial page. This ordeal pushes me to consider purchasing another controller, but I urge for a solution through email or chat, as accessibility is crucial to me.

I believe Nintendo could increase their sales of the 64DD by partnering with Sony. Many Japanese consumers favor PlayStation 2s over 64DDs. If Nintendo became a sub-title of Sony, they might sell more 64DD units. This collaboration could have even prevented the Iraq War, replacing PlayStation 2 with the Sony 64DD. I personally would have purchased the 64DD by now if Nintendo had agreed to partner with Sony. Just like Lucasarts is now under Disney, joining forces could be beneficial. Considering Nintendo's past failures like the 64DD and Virtual Boy, a change could be positive. Japanese consumers may have more interest if Nintendo becomes a sub-title of Sony. This strategy could lead to increased sales and success for the 64DD.

I originally had a Nintendo 2DS, but unfortunately, it broke. I replaced it with a 'New 3DS XL' and had to make a new account because I couldn't remember the old one. The problem now is that I own Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer on the old account and couldn't transfer it. I would prefer not to buy the game again, and I also can't recall my old account username to retrieve it. My 'New 3DS XL' is now linked to my new account. I'm inquiring if it's possible to either transfer the game to my new account or have both accounts on the 'New 3DS XL.' A friend mentioned your helpful customer service and I would appreciate any assistance. On a side note, the 2DS still functions, but it shuts off frequently due to a previous spill. Any tips on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I recently downloaded a game, "Cities: Skylines," but unfortunately, I regret the decision. Despite enjoying the game on my computer, attempting to play it on my TV or on-the-go has been disappointing. The tiny text in handheld mode makes it difficult to read, and using the joystick to accurately place items is challenging. The snap function for connecting objects is different from the PC version, causing frustration. I've been trying to play on and off since purchasing it, but it's causing eye strain and frustration due to these issues. The game was expensive at $60, and I would prefer to spend that money on a game I will actually enjoy. The gameplay mechanics and text visibility have made me feel nauseated, and I simply want a refund to move on from this terrible experience.

I purchased and downloaded a game last night called Cities: Skylines. I enjoy playing it on my computer, so I was excited to try it out on my TV or on the go. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The tiny text is hard to read in handheld mode, and using the joystick to place items accurately is challenging. I've been experiencing eye strain and frustration trying to build straight roads or connect items due to the confusing snap function. I feel like the gameplay mechanics are subpar, and I even feel nauseated trying to read the text and zoom in and out quickly. The game cost around $60, and I would prefer to spend that money on a game I will actually enjoy. I'm looking to get a refund to move on from this unpleasant experience.

My son bought this console over a year and a half ago, so it's out of warranty now. I'm frustrated that the right joy-con isn't working properly. The top R button, two side buttons, and analog stick are all giving me trouble. I replaced the stick, but still can't fully enjoy Mario Party as the side buttons need to be pressed together for the main screen. I can't afford a new controller. Also, the base has charging issues and doesn't always connect to the device. I've found that unplugging it for a few minutes helps sometimes. I think Nintendo should acknowledge the joy-con's flaws and replace mine for free since sending it in for repair isn't feasible for me. I've always been a loyal Nintendo fan since the early days of NES and would appreciate their support now.

My son bought the Nintendo Switch console over a year ago, which is now out of warranty. I am disheartened that the right joy-con is malfunctioning. The top R button and side buttons do not respond, and the analog stick stopped working. Although I managed to replace the stick, the issue persists. This prevents us from enjoying Mario Party as it requires hitting both side buttons together. Moreover, the console base is also faulty, intermittently failing to charge or connect to devices. Although unplugging momentarily seems to resolve the issue, it is a temporary fix. I am loyal to Nintendo, having owned every system except the GameCube. Considering the multiple malfunctions, I kindly request Nintendo replace the defective right joy-con at no cost. Sending it for repairs is costly and time-consuming, so a complimentary replacement would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I'm Alex B., a 19-year-old with a strong interest in game design. I've been passionate about creating video games for a while now, and the Nintendo Switch is my ideal platform. Developing a game for the Switch would be a dream come true for me. I have a particular love for Rhythm Heaven on the DS and find its tapping and flicking gameplay engaging. I believe this control scheme is unique to this game, and I haven't come across anything similar in other rhythm games. I'm exploring ways to replicate this interaction on the Nintendo Switch without a touch screen. My current idea involves using the ZR button for "tap" and combining it with the left analog stick for "flick and release." I would greatly appreciate any feedback, advice, or suggestions on how to achieve this on the Switch. Thank you for your time and assistance!

It was challenging to get your attention, but I finally found a way. I want to address the weak communication between customers and Nintendo. Over the past year, I've reached out about certain services, feeling ignored like many others globally. There's a recurring request for features like YouTube or an internet browser. While I know you're trying, some have demonstrated creating a simple browser in about a week. Please pass on this message to show how important it is for customers to feel connected and valued.

I encountered three issues recently. Firstly, I mistakenly purchased "Animal Crossing" on my Switch account instead of my 3DS account where I should access the game. I paid $11.99 for it and used a 40% discount by redeeming [redacted] silver in-store reward coins. Secondly, I bought "MUSYNX," a poorly advertised game, which turned out to be unfinished despite being fully released. I've been waiting for updates, but no progress has been made. Thirdly, I attempted to link my Nintendo Switch and 3DS accounts to access "Animal Crossing." When adding my other account as a family member, it seems someone may have hacked my account and made unauthorized purchases. Unfortunately, the online store lacks a clear purchase history section for me to verify this.

My Wii U is having trouble playing certain discs like "Avengers Battle for Earth," "Super Mario Bros. U," and "Super Mario Galaxy 2." Despite buying these games new with the system five years ago, they now load briefly and then crash, showing an invalid disc message. When I contacted Nintendo for help, they accused me of using a magnet on the discs which I did not do. I requested a replacement, but they insisted I pay for it, blaming me for the discs not working. This experience left me frustrated, and I ended up buying a PS4 for my son instead. Recently, I found the Wii U in storage and would like to play it again with those games, but the issue persists. I hope Nintendo can assist me in getting the games to work again as I have lost faith in their customer support. I simply want to enjoy the games I purchased without any new products or refunds. Please help me resolve this longstanding issue.

Dear Nintendo Team, I just wanted to reach out to express how much our family enjoys your Nintendo products, particularly the Wii. We have a tradition of having family game nights, where we disconnect from our phones and bond over gaming on the Wii. Our son, who is a big fan and turning 19 soon, has special needs and finds comfort in his Nintendo 3DS XL, especially during our recent challenging move. Unfortunately, his DS screen is cracked, making it unusable and impacting his daily routine. Given our current financial situation after the move, we are unable to repair or replace the device for him. I was wondering if there is a possibility for him to receive merchandise or assistance from your team. If not, I understand, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kelly M Davidson [redacted] M 66 N. Lot 86 Charlevoix, MI [redacted]

I am disappointed that Waluigi is not included in Smash Ultimate. It feels like a major oversight not to have such a popular character. I have always been a fan of Waluigi ever since his debut in Mario Tennis. The fact that he is only an assist trophy in the game adds to the frustration. Nintendo should show more respect to their fans by including iconic characters like Waluigi. I hope they address this issue soon, despite my purchase of the DLC. My focus is on getting my favorite Nintendo character in the game. I doubt my feedback will make a difference, but I needed to express my disappointment.

I encountered an issue while playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The game unexpectedly closed and showed a message indicating data corruption. Following the suggestion to redownload the game, it worked briefly before displaying the same corrupted data message. Despite attempting to redownload it again with no success, I chose the option to fix the problem. Visiting a FAQ link, I tried troubleshooting by removing and reinserting the micro SD card correctly. After rebooting the Switch and attempting to access Smash Bros., an error message indicated no SD card was present. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter to enjoy playing the game. Thank you in advance.

I recently purchased Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and I am quite disappointed to find out that World of Light is only single-player. I was really looking forward to playing a story mode with a friend, similar to Brawl's subspace emissary. I hope they release a patch that allows for cooperative play in World of Light. My main reason for buying the game was for couch co-op enjoyment, as I am not interested in PvP or just battling CPUs endlessly. More of the same gets repetitive after a while. It would be great to have a cooperative story mode as it gives a sense of accomplishment and progression. I hope they consider adding this feature in the future. Please only contact me with updates on the addition of coop to World of Light.

I need assistance finding a gaming chair for my grandkids who will be getting a Nintendo Switch. I'm not tech-savvy and am struggling with the information I found online. Some say the Switch is wireless while others mention needing an HDMI converter. I've checked Target, Kohl’s, and Walmart but they don’t offer info on chair compatibility. I’m looking for a solution where my grandsons, who share a bedroom, can use one converter. I’m confused about HDMI cables and audio/video cables. I appreciate any help in finding a gaming chair for the Switch and understanding the HDMI converter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. RoseM

Hello, Nintendo! I've been enjoying playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate recently. I have encountered a couple of issues while playing the game that I wanted to bring to your attention for potential fixes. One minor glitch I noticed is that the alternate character colors do not always display properly until you press buttons or select a different character. A more significant problem is with the online gameplay, which seems disorganized and often does not match preferred rules. Additionally, the GSP system feels random and challenging to increase, even for experienced players. Reintroducing "For Fun" and "For Glory" modes or considering other adjustments could be beneficial. Some players have expressed frustration online, but I am hopeful for improvements. Thank you for your attention to these concerns! Have a great day!
