I recently have filed a claim for * pairs of shoes. One are soccer cleats and the other are a pair of roshe tennis shoes. **The Nike claim page on the website says that all claims will be looked at within *-** business days. However, BOTH pairs of my shoes are still on “open” status. **Below are my claim numbers & delivery dates:**CL************ - delivered on *********CL************ - delivered on *********I am actually very disappointed with the service because Nike is usually on top of it. I have filed claims before and none have taken this long. **Please get back to me as I am in need of not only the vouchers, but new cleats. I play on a high level club team and cleats are a necessity when I’m on the pitch. **Please let me know how to go about this.
