I would like to file a complaint regarding the Nike online store in Hong Kong. The customer service has been unhelpful and ineffective. I purchased two pairs of Air Max2 Light shoes, different colors but the same model. After wearing one pair for a short period, I noticed issues with the comfort, foot pressure distribution, and experienced foot pain that I haven't had with other Nike models in the past. I asked to exchange the new pair but was told it was against their policy. Even though the deadline for exchanges has passed, I've only had the shoes for a few months. It's unreasonable that I'm expected to wear both pairs simultaneously to check for problems. If I wear the second pair, it would be considered used and not eligible for exchange, creating a frustrating situation based on Nike's exchange policy. Order No.: NH[redacted]9 Contact Email: [redacted]

Subject: Issue with Nike Order #GO[redacted]93 Refund I am writing to address an issue I have encountered with my returned order #GO[redacted]93. I returned the shoes due to a problem, and the American Nike support team claims to have processed a refund to my bank account on 03/03/[redacted]. Despite providing the correct account details (CIBEEGCX [redacted]88), the transfer document they shared shows a different beneficiary account (CIBEEGCXXXX [redacted]88). I have not received the refund, and each time I contact support, I am told they will check on it. Attached is the transfer document for your reference. I demand either a refund of my money or replacement shoes. I anticipate a swift resolution to this matter and require a response for my records. Please reply to this email at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Omar Ali

I need to file a complaint against the Nike online store in Hong Kong. The customer service provided was unhelpful and inefficient. I purchased two pairs of Air Max Light shoes in different colors but the same model. Upon wearing one pair briefly, I noticed discomfort, foot pressure imbalance, and pain, unlike my previous experience with Nike shoes. I requested to exchange the new pair due to these issues, but was denied based on their exchange policy. Despite the deadline passing, I have only had the shoes for a few months and find it unreasonable not to allow an exchange. Wearing both pairs simultaneously to test for problems is impractical, and wearing them would disqualify me from the exchange. The exchange and return policy set by Nike seems unreasonable given the circumstances. Order No: NH[redacted]9 Email: [redacted]

I was gifted a pair of Nike Air Monarch IV shoes for Christmas, purchased from JC Penney, but I lack a receipt. Unfortunately, JC Penney declined my return due to this. Residing in the Chicago area, I refrained from wearing the shoes on snowy days and only started using them a couple of weeks ago. To my dismay, the shoes squeak noticeably when I walk, and the issue persists despite wearing them in. The squeaking has become more pronounced, causing discomfort for both me and companions. I seek a replacement pair in size 9, Black/Blue/White, bearing model number [redacted]02, in the hope that Nike will uphold the quality of their products.

Good morning, I have been dealing with a return for an order with number C[redacted]7 for a week now. I have been asked for my bank details for the refund three times. Through email, they have requested them again claiming they were incomplete. Three different people from your company have confirmed that the bank details were correct and then they turned out not to be... I am getting tired of so much incompetence. No one confirms if the necessary details for my return are finally correct, or when I will receive the refund. I find it unbelievable that a company like Nike has such a poor customer service department. I await your response and a solution. Regards.

Suggestions for Nike: 1) Increase the variety of Nike flip flops as they are preferred by many over slides. 2) Crack down on fake Nike products in the market to preserve the brand's quality and reputation. 3) Consider choosing everyday people for brand endorsements to connect better with the general public. 4) Opt for a thread logo rather than a vinyl one on T-shirts or jackets for a higher-quality look. 5) Introduce hydro-dipped color options for shoes for a unique style.

Good morning, I would like to report what is happening with your product, the Air Jordan Mid 1. Following my daughter's request, I started visiting all the stores in Rome and similar shops. The product seems to be unavailable. Only at greatly inflated prices from resellers are they sometimes available. This is unacceptable as I cannot afford to spend [redacted] euros on a pair of Nike Jordans. I await your response on this matter. Thank you, P. Boccarini.

On July 3, [redacted], my son placed an order for custom soccer cleats with order number C[redacted]1. The cleats have not been made yet, and I urgently need to change the shipping address as my son will not be here when they arrive. When I called the hotline yesterday, I spoke with James, who was unwilling to help, citing company policy as the reason for not accommodating my request. This lack of flexibility from Nike disappoints me as I have always experienced good customer service with them in the past. Despite assurances of an email with a complaint receipt and a 10% off coupon, I have not received any follow-up communication. I remain firm in my request to have the cleats delivered to the correct address for my son.

I purchased my Nike Air Max [redacted] a year ago, and within a month, I noticed minor defects. After using the shoes normally for a year, a crack that appeared after 4 months has now caused all the air to escape, leaving me with a flat shoe full of defects. It's disappointing to spend so much money on a pair of shoes only to have them fall apart within a few months. The smaller cracks in the texture that appeared in the first month where everything is glued together are also concerning. It makes me question what makes these shoes so special if they can't even last as long as cheaper alternatives. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from Nike again.

Hello, I have been a devoted Nike customer for 15 years and it's the only shoe brand I wear. I recently came across a pair of Air Jordan 4 off-white sail sneakers that are truly stunning. Owning a pair of these shoes would be a dream come true for me. Despite working long hours at a low-paying job to support my family, I struggle to save money due to limited funds and a poor credit score. I'm reaching out to inquire if it would be possible to purchase these shoes through a monthly payment plan of around £30. I understand I can't receive them for free and my credit situation limits my options. I hope you receive my email and can assist me in this matter.

Good morning, I am writing to share my experience with one of your products. Last month, I purchased a pair of sneakers for my 16-year-old son (attached images). After regular use for activities like walking and playing basketball, the sneakers are now unusable as you can see. I am unsure if they were defective from the factory, but it seems illogical that a product tested and quality-controlled would have such a short lifespan. The prices of your products demand greater durability and quality. I would appreciate a response or solution to this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely...

I placed an order for a customized Nike By You shoes on July 6th, with the order number - C[redacted]6, and was given a delivery date of July 27th. However, as of now, there has been no update on when the shoes will be delivered. I ordered these shoes for a 12-year-old child, and there are concerns about them possibly outgrowing the shoes before they arrive. I was informed by a Nike representative a month ago that there was a delay due to a weather issue in China, where the products are from. It seems unreasonable that this "weather issue" persists for over 45 days. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the additional cost of shipping the shoes to our country. This experience has discouraged me from ordering customized shoes in the future and from recommending Nike to others. I would appreciate knowing if and when the order will be delivered.

On September 1, [redacted], I ordered a shoe with order number C[redacted]5. The delivery date was set for October 6, [redacted]. I haven't received any updates, so I contacted customer service for information. They informed me about delays but couldn't confirm if the shoe will be produced or when. It's frustrating not to get a clear answer on the delivery. The shoe was paid for on September 1, [redacted]. I expect reliability and professionalism in providing precise information on the delay and a confirmed delivery date. A company like Nike shouldn't reply with uncertainty and lack of answers regarding a paid order. I was advised to cancel if I don't want to wait, but this doesn't seem like a fair approach to customers. I urgently await a definite response. - Palazzi Maddalena

I am writing to share my disappointment with the response from the NIKE distributor in Croatia regarding my complaint about a pair of NIKE sneakers. Within just two months of wear by my 12-year-old daughter, the sneakers completely fell apart from the inside. The attached images depict the product's condition. I find it hard to believe that NIKE produces and sells such low-quality (and potentially hazardous) footwear. As shown in the photos, the inner fabric disintegrated, and a plastic part protruded, posing a risk of injury to a child's heel. Furthermore, it is concerning that the distributor did not escalate this particular complaint to you directly or offer an apology for the subpar condition of the NIKE sneaker. I hope that as the manufacturer, you will provide a thorough explanation for what transpired with the sneaker. Why are such poor-quality NIKE products available on the market, which could potentially cause harm?

I bought two $[redacted] Nike gift cards at Acme Market in Philadelphia, PA on Oct. 8 to give as gifts. When I got back to MN, I found out both cards had a zero balance. After contacting the Manager at Acme Market, I was referred to [redacted] and given ticket #[redacted]. They asked for copies of each card, the Acme Register receipt, and the receipt with payment authorization from Oct 11, [redacted]. They said it might take a month to investigate, but I don't see the need for an investigation since I provided all the necessary documents, including the register number and cashier's name. These cards were intended as gifts, so I hope this can be resolved without further delay. Thank you for any assistance.

I am encountering an issue with my Nike account that is preventing me from placing orders on both the website and app. Despite speaking with multiple representatives via phone and chat and trying various troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and using different payment methods, browsers, and incognito mode, I keep encountering the "98d2586b" error code. I have been a loyal Nike Member for years and have made numerous purchases during this time. However, this ongoing problem is disappointing each time I attempt to make a purchase. I am seeking assistance from a representative who can provide a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

As a frequent shopper at Nike and Nike Factory Stores, I usually spend a significant amount monthly on purchases. During a recent visit to the Nike Factory Store at Tangiers Outlets, National Harbor, MD, I encountered extremely poor customer service from a young lady. Despite attempting to empathize with her, she remained rude and unpleasant. This experience left me feeling disheartened and frustrated, especially since I had planned to do Christmas shopping. Although I chose not to escalate the issue at the store, the situation was unsettling, and I felt compelled to share my feedback with the corporate team. While I do not wish for the employee to lose her job, the incident has made me question continuing to support the brand with my yearly purchases. As a hardworking single father striving to instill good values in my children, being subjected to disrespect in front of them was particularly distressing. I hope that this feedback will lead to improved customer service training for employees, as no customer should feel mistreated. I may need to reconsider where I choose to spend my money in the future. Regards, Joseph B. Bowie, MD [redacted]

Dear Nike, I am eager to delve into the intricacies of the Nike Business Model and seek guidance on achieving success in the business realm. Could you kindly provide an application link on your website? I am prepared to submit a form, share my resume, or facilitate communication with my representatives who aid in employment opportunities. I find the business landscape fascinating and am enthusiastic about receiving mentorship in initiating and building a successful venture. I have noticed some companies introducing innovative initiatives like the affiliate program and wholesale dealer options on their websites, both of which seem promising. I appreciate your assistance. Sincerely, Robert S.

I want to express my gratitude for hiring my son, J.D., at the Nike store in San Diego, California. Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, he moved to California for football, playing at Southwest Community College in Chula Vista. His passion for the game started when he was 12, and he admired the University of Oregon Ducks. While working at Nike, he's made new friends and enjoys living in California. Nike holds a special place in our hearts; my brother received his first pair of Nikes in [redacted] but passed away soon after, so I inherited them and fell in love with the brand. Despite challenges, we're loyal to Nike. If my son plays for the University of Oregon, we hope to visit Nike headquarters. He aspires to be an architectural engineer but would consider working at Nike. Sorry for the lengthy message, we just really appreciate Nike! Thanks!
