I purchased cleats for my son, but there have been multiple issues. Initially, they were delivered to the wrong address, and upon receiving them, we discovered the sole is detaching. My son just joined a Soccer Team and needs the cleats urgently. I have been a loyal customer of Nike since the 80s and have never faced such problems before. I urgently require this situation to be resolved. I opted for Nike over Adidas and Reebok due to the fit and style of the cleats, but I am disappointed. Please address this immediately. I request overnight shipping for the replacement cleats as he has 6 am practice daily. Thank you. I was charged $[redacted].61 to my account on Monday, August 27th. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that an investigation would be conducted. I did not authorize this charge and immediately informed my bank. Despite ongoing efforts, the transaction went through on Friday, August 31st. I am understandably frustrated and seeking clarity on the situation. Could you please provide details on where the charge originated, who initiated it, and initiate the refund process? I was under the impression the issue was being resolved, only to discover the payment went through. I am concerned and plan to file a claim with my bank. I urge prompt action and communication regarding the investigation. I am anxiously awaiting the return of my $[redacted].61 and a resolution to this matter. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Kyle

I am disappointed by your support of a person who kneels during the national anthem and flag of our country. True sacrifice is made by the brave men and women who carry our flag into battle, many never returning. That is sacrifice. I have decided not to purchase any more Nike products. Your prices are high, and the quality of your shoes is not exceptional. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money only for it to be compensated to CK. I am also selling my stock today. I am tired of the political involvement that has become a focal point for businesses in America. Although I am not a big fan of the President or support everything he does, because of large corporations like yours, Apple, Amazon, etc., I will be voting for him to make a statement, just like the one you are making in this ad.

What a shame! I wear Nike products from shirts to sneakers, underwear, and socks, and am very satisfied with all of them. Nike has the right to choose anyone for their ads and sponsorship. However, due to the decision to use Colin Kaepernick as a spokesperson, I will no longer buy any Nike products. It was a poor choice! If the new spokesperson has issues with law enforcement, he should have chosen a different platform to address them rather than disrespecting the flag and those who have served and died for the country. The next time I shop, I will refrain from purchasing any Nike products as a consumer's right not to support companies that endorse a person like Colin Kaepernick. Farewell, Nike, and all your products. - Steven J. King

I have decided to stop supporting Nike due to their choice to feature Colin Kaepernick, a former football player known for his controversial protest during the national anthem. I believe Kaepernick is not a worthy role model and his actions were more about saving his career than making a statement. I have chosen to boycott Nike and support American-made products instead.

I visited Sportsmart in Baltimore, MD, hoping to purchase the Court Purple Jordan 1’s that were advertised to be available today. After arriving early, we were informed by the owner that they did not receive the grade school sizes as promised, and their employee had taken all available men's sizes for themselves. This disappointing experience is not unique, as they have a history of similar incidents with hyped releases. The store, located at [redacted] N. Exeter St., Baltimore MD, has also been reported to sell counterfeit Jordan’s and inconsistently claim they don't have release pairs only to have them on consignment. It is important that action is taken to address these concerning business practices.

I want to express my disappointment with Nike after reading the feature on Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick, a wealthy man, disrespects his country and plays the victim as an oppressed black man. Kneeling during the National Anthem is unacceptable. This situation illustrates a lack of respect towards hard-working citizens and tarnishes the country's image. I used to hold Nike in high regard, but your decision to support Kaepernick is disheartening. It appears that striving for more profits is now your priority, disregarding the values of the average person. It's frustrating to see this lack of consideration for those who work hard and support your brand.

As a single mother, I have always struggled to afford Nike shoes for my daughter. Recently, I obtained a 30% off coupon and had some Kohl's cash, thinking I could finally make the purchase. I also picked out Nike socks to complement the shoes as a birthday gift. However, at the checkout, the cashier informed me that the coupon couldn't be used for Nike items. I felt disheartened having to return the items and disappoint my daughter, especially after showing her potential choices. It's disappointing that a big brand like Nike doesn't accept a Kohl's discount, considering their products are sold there. It was a letdown for both my daughter and me.

I recently bought a pair of Nike Hypervenom 3 Elite Firm Ground soccer cleats for $[redacted]+, and the loops where you thread the laces through have already begun to tear after just 2 games. Unfortunately, I cannot return them to the local store in San Diego (soccerloco). This situation is disappointing, and I am concerned about the quality of Nike products. Despite Nike's focus on design and performance, it appears they may be compromising on quality. I have always had good experiences with Adidas cleats and I'm considering switching back to them if Nike's cleats continue to have durability issues. You can find the Nike Hypervenom III Elite Firm-Ground Soccer Cleat on nike.com with free shipping and returns for NikePlus members.

I bought my daughter cleats in August from a local soccer specialty store. The product number is AH7362-[redacted], manufactured on 4/6/18, UPC [redacted][redacted]. They are size 7.5 men's Mercurial Superfly 6 academy. The store's return policy has expired, and they suggested I contact Nike directly as they think this is a defect and have observed it in this model before. The horseshoe-shaped cleat on the balls of both shoes has come off from the bottom of her shoes. She has only used them for under 3 months. I can share pictures if necessary. I'm requesting Nike to either provide a credit for the original price of $79.99 plus New York tax to get new cleats or replace them with the same model. All my kids play sports, and we've never had problems with Nike products before. Can you assist me with this, please?

I recently bought a pair of Nike football gloves for my son about 3 to 4 months back. Three weeks ago, my son told me that his gloves are falling apart and he needs a new pair. Upon inspection, I noticed the left thumb is completely coming apart in three different spots, and both gloves are having issues with the fabric separating near the Velcro closure. I believe that gloves costing $45 should last longer than just a few months. Now, during our second week of playoffs, I have to figure out how to either repair or replace these gloves so my son can play comfortably and effectively. I understand there is a policy regarding defective shoes, but what about defective gloves purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods in Toledo, Ohio? With a game coming up on Friday, I urgently need a resolution for this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After attempting to cancel my order, I encountered issues with it not appearing in the orders tab initially. Despite encountering errors, the order eventually appeared after 30 minutes, but by then, I had surpassed the cancellation window. I frequently make purchases through your platform, so it was disheartening to see the order only show up after it was too late to cancel. Consequently, I now have a shoe being shipped that I no longer want and the charge processed on my credit card. While I can still cancel upon receipt, it is inconvenient to have to return the item when the cancellation option should have worked correctly within the designated timeframe. I recommend improving the app functionality to ensure that the cancellation feature operates smoothly and efficiently. Regards, Yalonda

Yesterday, my family visited Ontario Mills Outlet store. While waiting in a long queue at the paying counter, my two daughters grew tired and went to sit outside the Nike store. After paying, we all went to Haagen Daz Ice Cream. It was then we realized my eldest daughter had left her drawstring bag outside the Nike store. We returned to find out a customer had tried to return it but was directed to hand it over to mall security. Unfortunately, it was not turned in. I'm hoping to obtain the CCTV image of the person who attempted to return the bag as it contains my daughter's iPad and digital camera. I have already reported this to Rafael, the store supervisor. Please reach me at [redacted] until Jan 2, and from Jan 3 onward, contact me at our home country number [redacted]84. I've also provided the number of my friend, John Anggala, who is a local resident in the US, at [redacted].

Dear Nike, I am Maritza Casiano, 52 years old, disabled, with my 8-year-old son Sam. We recently moved to Ocala, Florida, from New York City due to my heart attack. Sam wanted the LeBron's 11 sneakers, but we couldn't find them at the mall. He patiently waited for them to arrive from Nike. Sam loves clothes and footwear and takes great care of his things. He received the sneakers and was thrilled to wear them to school the next day. Unfortunately, he was bullied, and the sneakers got dirty beyond repair. We can't afford a new pair. Any help would be appreciated. Our order number is G-SHP-[redacted]-41-[redacted]. Thank you. Maritza Casiano

As a dedicated ultra distance runner hailing from East London in the Eastern Cape, buying shoes from Sportmans Warehouse has proven to be quite costly. To mitigate this, I prefer purchasing multiple pairs at once from Nike Factory outlets and storing them until needed. However, my recent shoe experiences have been disappointing. Within two months, I had to discard two pairs due to unexpected damages - one punctured by glass and another that squeaked while running. This left me with a mismatched pair situation as both damaged shoes were for the right foot. Despite these setbacks, as a seasoned runner with 23 years of experience, having participated in multiple marathons, I remain loyal to Nike. While preparing for my upcoming events, including my 15th Comrades and 10th Washie, I unfortunately cannot locate the receipt for the 4 or 5 pairs of shoes purchased in December [redacted], only retaining the empty shoe boxes.

Hello, my name is James Deskins. I am writing to share my recent experience during a family vacation in Orlando, Florida. While visiting a Nike factory store, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max [redacted] shoes. I initially found them comfortable, but now the right sneaker has developed issues, including material bunching up and foam coming loose next to the big toe. The left shoe is also starting to show similar problems. Despite inspecting them thoroughly at the store, there were no noticeable defects when I bought them. Due to the long distance to the store from my home, returning them in person is not feasible. I am a distressed Nike owner seeking assistance with this quality concern. Thank you.

I returned an item to Nike and requested a refund to my Nike account or another method as I don't have the card used for the purchase due to a legal matter. Despite explaining this clearly to a live chat agent on 2/15, the refund was processed to the card against my instructions. After speaking with a manager, an escalation was made to the Elite Services Team to rectify the issue, but there has been no update since. Today, 2/21, I contacted live chat again, had to re-explain the situation, and another escalation was made for Order Number C[redacted]9 concerning the black zoom train command shoes returned. The customer service team at Nike has shown incompetence and a lack of understanding in resolving this matter. Despite my long-standing yearly purchases of $1-$2k in Nike products, I am disappointed with the poor service and unresolved refund issue, making me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. I am awaiting resolution and expect to receive my refund promptly.

Hello, I am writing to file a complaint on behalf of my husband, Arunkmar, who unfortunately had a negative experience at the Nike store in New Jersey at the Garden State Mall on February 27th, [redacted]. During his visit, he was accused of misconduct by a female employee and the manager for trying on shoes he had purchased last year, one of which appeared to be dirty. Despite his innocence and attempts to place everything back properly, he was treated disrespectfully. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. It seems clear that there was a misunderstanding due to their lack of experience and poor judgment. Innocent individuals, like my husband, should not have to endure such humiliation. It raises concerns about the store's customer service standards and treatment of patrons. For more details, please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased the Nike Vaporfly 4% two weeks ago and had a positive experience speaking with Charles on Nike chat. However, after wearing them once, I noticed the soles of both shoes eroded on one side, which seems to be a manufacturing fault. I prefer replacement shoes over a refund, as I am a loyal Nike customer and really like this model. I believe a size 6 would fit better, so I would appreciate receiving them promptly. Additionally, I have another pair in the latest color, which I am not fond of, and would like to exchange them for the crimson with grey swoosh (white swoosh preferred) version, also in size 6, as the ones I own have a defect. I had to special order the crimson grey swoosh shoes, so it might be best to consult Charles about this matter. Please reach out to me quickly as I need them for an upcoming event in London. Thank you, Nike

I bought a pair of Nike shoes last November, and they began falling apart at the heel and tread after only two months. I typically purchase shoes from a cheaper store and they usually last me at least a year. These expensive shoes only lasted until December, and I only wore them when visiting my mother in a nursing home. I didn't engage in any strenuous activities with them. I am 50 years old and suffer from severe asthma, so I am not rough on shoes. I did not keep the box or receipt as I don't collect shoes, I just wear them until they need replacing. I simply want to exchange these shoes for the same pair or a similar style.
