I am facing an issue with accessing my Nextdoor account. I tried to reach out for assistance via email, but the response directed me to log in for the solution, which I cannot do. Unfortunately, Nextdoor lacks phone or chat support options. Despite using the same email/password combination for years, I am now unable to access my account and it claims my information is incorrect. Even after attempting to reset my password, I am still unable to log in, leaving me completely locked out.

I recently relocated from Menlo Park, California, to Corvallis, Oregon. I attempted to update my address on Nextdoor.com, but encountered issues with the address verification page. While using the Firefox browser on my older iMac, instead of being directed to the address verification page, I was redirected to the standard news-feed page. Can you confirm if there is a valid link for the address verification page or suggest alternative methods to update my address on Nextdoor.com? Thank you. Sincerely, RB.

Yesterday, when I visited the NEXTDOOR website as I usually do, I noticed a new sign-in format. It asked for my email address and password, which was different from my usual simple sign-in process. Despite inputting my information, I couldn't access Nextdoor. I attempted to reset my password, but faced the same issue of being redirected to the new sign-in page. I even tried registering as a new user out of frustration, but that didn't work since I've been a member for months. I contacted a local moderator for guidance on how to reach out for help. This new sign-in format seems to be the root of my problem. I'm not very tech-savvy and would appreciate a call at [redacted] for assistance. Interestingly, when visiting a friend in the same city, she encountered the same issue on her devices. We are both puzzled by this. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I also want to extend a warm welcome to all newcomers to join NEXTDOOR, as I often introduce them to our Meadowlakes community.

I'm having trouble accessing the site on my computer. Someone contacted me for assistance and I receive daily reports from there. I'm unable to access the site from my email or directly from the saved website link. Even adding an exception to my Malware didn't resolve the issue. The error code I'm receiving is [redacted]. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I've forgotten my password and tried several times to reset it. However, your system is glitching and repeatedly brings me back to the "enter your email & robot check" page without sending the password reset link. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to contact for help. Please provide the correct link to reset my password. Thank you.

I made a lighthearted comment in response to a post but was misunderstood by a neighbor who publicly shamed me. I sarcastically addressed the situation, stating others' opinions do not affect me. The neighborhood lead publicly shared a site behavior policy link directly towards me. I questioned why I was targeted for public shaming when the policy clearly prohibits it. Despite defending myself, I was suspended for challenging the lead's decision. I believe that the lead's public call-out violated the behavior policy and supported the shamers. The thread with offensive comments remains, and the shamers' profiles are untouched. I feel unjustly labeled as the wrongdoer in this situation.

I recently moved to Scottsdale from Salt Lake City but have been unable to verify my account on the app despite receiving three verification cards. Trying to verify through my phone number isn't working, as I receive a message saying it's not available. Even when my neighbor sends me an invite email, it leads to a dead end. I'm also still receiving emails about items for sale in my new neighborhood, which is frustrating since I can't access the app. Please respond to me via email at [redacted] or text at [redacted] with a solution. I am very frustrated that I can't access the app in my new location. Thank you. Karen W.

I am Eric Buege residing at [redacted] Hidden Farm Road in the [redacted] zip code. I have initiated a lawsuit against my former neighbor for unlawfully taking my phone, obtaining a private picture of me, and sharing it on your platform with defamatory comments. The lawsuit does not involve Nextdoor directly. I have contacted you via email and have legally requested the necessary records and images crucial for my case. Your prompt assistance in providing these documents is greatly appreciated. If you have already sent the materials, they may have been misplaced and will need to be resent. Kindly respond promptly as I have a court date approaching and require this information urgently. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Eric

Dear Aatish Shah and Suzanne Evans, I am reaching out to address an issue involving someone named "Cane Sugar" on Nextdoor. Recently, I requested yogurt jars on the platform and was unfairly labeled as a "communist and a scam" by this individual. I kindly asked "Cane Sugar" to remove the comment because my grandson, who has ADHD and autism, requires the jars for a business venture. It is concerning to encounter neighbors using fake names and making unkind remarks, as it goes against Nextdoor's guidelines prohibiting such behavior. I have sought assistance from Michelle, a lead outside our neighborhood, as well as contacted my Klahanie Leads. However, the situation requires three leads from outside Klahanie to address. Unfortunately, my local leads have been unresponsive. Could you please intervene and help remove the inappropriate comment? It is puzzling why this person is allowed on Nextdoor with a false identity. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Maryanne J. [redacted] [redacted]

URGENT - I am writing concerning a recent tragic incident in our neighborhood involving a young man. I have noticed discussions regarding this event on Nexdoor, and I feel it is inappropriate for such sensitive matters to be shared there. As a family member of the victim, I find it distressing to see these posts speculating about the circumstances. I kindly request that Nexdoor remove any content related to this incident as the family should not be subjected to this information. I reside in the Andover area of Lexington, KY and have observed two specific posts on the platform. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted] regarding this matter. Thank you.

I have recently moved to Hermosa Beach from Rancho Palos Verdes, and I am unable to update my profile with my correct address. My email account is showing it is still registered to my old city. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in updating my profile with my new address details. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Nextdoor account. Initially, I struggled with verification as my neighborhood uses a Post Office Box instead of traditional physical addresses, leading me to abandon Nextdoor for a while. Recently, I attempted to reopen my account with a new address but the same email. However, upon receiving a verification code and entering it, my account was deactivated, and I was prompted to reactivate it. The problem is that my account still reflects my old address, and when trying to change it, I was asked to log in with my original email and password, which I cannot remember. I am now seeking to contact Nextdoor to reset my password, reverify, and reactivate my account. My apologies for any random capitalization, as I was using talk-to-text.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account. There was an issue with another user who verbally attacked me over a post. In response, I might have said something that was against the guidelines by calling him names. This person, Marcus C., who doesn't even live in my area, kept harassing me on various posts and turning discussions into debates. I managed to block him from further interactions. However, later that day, I found myself unable to log back into my account. If you can review the conversation thread, you will see his initial attacks. I admit that I may have not adhered to the Terms of Service in my replies. I would greatly appreciate it if I could regain access to my account. Thank you.

Upon arriving at my Arizona residence, I attempted to update my address, only to find myself locked out of my Warren, Michigan home account. I am unable to access it now. Could you kindly resolve this issue and reinstate my Michigan address, which is where I primarily reside at [redacted] Elmer, Warren, MI, [redacted]? I reached out a week or two ago but received no reply. I am seeking your assistance, as I have not been able to log into Nextdoor successfully. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive a message stating my address is not located within the boundaries of a Nextdoor neighborhood. Please restore my account to the Michigan address, which I frequently utilize. Thank you.

I find it frustrating when individuals attempt to influence our voting decisions. Below is an example: Martin Matamoros, Ballot Question 2G - Vote No! The City of Lakewood is attempting to expand its reach by providing telecommunications, internet, and cable services to various entities. Instead of focusing on essential government services, they are venturing into unnecessary territory and asking for more funding. It is concerning that they believe they have the expertise to meddle in areas beyond their scope. Let's oppose 2G and prevent this overreach of government control. I am having trouble logging into my account. I haven't received any emails, and I'm not sure why. I have been actively helping to bring in new members on the Nextdoor platform. In my community, Century Village West Palm Beach, I am engaged in sharing valuable information, as evident by the support I receive. I am the president of the non-profit "Justice for Residence Inc.," which focuses on assisting Century Village residents. I understand that not everyone may share my views. Can you please look into what has occurred with my account? My email is [redacted], and my original password was "789Bailey%%%." - Ed Grossman

I am still unable to access Nextdoor.com at all. I receive email notifications about my neighbors' posts, but I am unable to view them fully by clicking on the messages. This issue persists only on my computer as I can access everything from my phone. Every time I try to log in or read a message, I encounter the following error message: "[redacted] ERROR - The request could not be satisfied. Bad request." It mentions a connection issue to the server and suggests it could be due to high traffic or a configuration error. The error is generated by CloudFront, and it provides a Request ID: VvstApR75U5l5reHJkJqWoEIbRmcoVIEqMp2AMOuW5xOfVpPnmGj9g==.

I am looking to access my account for important updates concerning natural disasters affecting my neighborhood, like hurricanes. I believe I was denied access due to private medical information being shared by a neighbor and a misunderstanding regarding a non-political comment that included the word "trump." I feel unfairly excluded from vital neighborhood information, including safety updates and association meetings. This has left me feeling isolated and uninformed in a community I have called home for nearly ten years. Given the time that has passed, I am hopeful that my access can be restored promptly to prevent me from missing crucial updates and possibly putting my safety at risk due to being unaware of incidents happening nearby. Please, I urge you to reinstate my account at your earliest convenience. Best, David Ros

I have already contacted you three times about this problem and now the issues are compounding. I'm Judith Elaine Halek, the Director of Organizing Insights, using my client's email address, Rev. Celia Johnson at [redacted] She encountered difficulty posting a review recommending my business. Upon submission, the review appeared twice under another individual's name - her neighbor, Amy Musante. Amy does not have a messaging option on her profile for correction. In addition, neither Celia Johnson nor myself, Judith Elaine Halek, appear in the directory, making it challenging for people to contact me. Furthermore, several reviews from others have not been displayed. These ongoing issues are very frustrating, so I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to help resolve these multiple issues. Thank you in advance, Judith Elaine Halek, Director of Organizing Insights

Hello, I've recently moved and need to update my address on my Nextdoor account. I received a verification code, [redacted], via text which I thought was for confirming my new details. However, I'm still being prompted to enter a verification code to have a postcard mailed to me. I was hoping to avoid the 7-day wait for the postcard. If necessary, please send the postcard promptly. Whenever I try to enter my address information for the postcard, it seems like it's trying to change my new address, which I've already updated along with the code provided via text. I'm stuck in this loop and can't proceed. I appreciate any help resolving this issue. Thank you.
