Help with my Nextdoor.com issue

Dear Nextdoor, I had an account in Calif. under Aliso Villas HOA in Mission Viejo. In Feb. I sold my condo in Aliso Villas and moved to Hot Springs Village Arkansas. I want to use Nextdoor here, but the email address is an old one I no longer use nor does Cox support. I want change it to my new email, but your system won't allow me to change it. Somehow this has become a mess, so I finally deactivated my account and opened it anew under my NEW email address, but now it says there is already an account under that address and will not allow me to go forward. PLEASE help me! Maybe just delete both the *****@***.com account and my new email account: *****@***.com and allow me to start with a fresh slate? I received a card from you with an invitation to join AFTER I had deactivated the account, and I believe that was when the whole thing became messy. The code on the card is *** if that helps, but that said to sign in with my cox.net account. I do NOT and CAN NOT use that email anymore as I no longer have Cox and no longer use that email account.
