Get them to allow me back on their website.*But they are STLL preventing me access to it!!!! ... An unjustified negative post was made against me (my business) for simply not calling a woman back after a week (I was out of town). Then below that unjustified post a very nasty costomer posted a ***% slanderous comment of which NOT ONE WORD was true.*I tried to have it removed. MANY customers came to my support in the comments... at least four also reported the post.*Three days later that damaging post was finally removed...... *now Nextdoor.com will not allow me to sign into my account. I WAS THE VICTIM IN THIS!!!**They don't even follow their own "credo" written in their "About Us" on their website. They refused to remove an unjustified comment then when I protested their behavior they block me from their website and won't answer e-mails.**Yeah, real "neighborly".
That they are ******** the wrong person. I WAS THE VICTIM!!! *So now they choose to allow slanderers and liars instead of a good, honest person who is a huge ***et to the community!!!!
IT WASN'T RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!**I don't know why you'd list this as "resolved" when it wasn't!! *They never even responded. But considering other posts about Nextdoor.com I am not surprised.
I have more positive recommendations than any other handyman in Marin County. *I am a conscientious worker, I am knowledgeable, extremely friendly and honest. I also have the lowest prices and best service. I even do FREE work at times.... even on larger jobs. If the hourly cost gets too high then I stop my time and do it for a flat rate... there-by saving my customers even more money.*When I work I keep the surrounding area clean and afterward that area is cleaner than when I started.
Wrote e-mails to the Nextdoor.com which they ignored instead of trying to agree to an amicable solution. **Clearly they don't care about having higher quality people on their website as they let them on and block the victims of lies and unjustified posts.
