Help with my Nextdoor.com issue
I used to receive one email daily notifying me that the daily digest was ready for review. I received an email on Sunday June * notifying me that I had been randomly selected to give my opinion on a weekly recap rather than a daily digest. I have not received my daily notification since Sunday but an alert was across Sa****ay's notification advising me that my daily email could not be delivered since I had 'unsubscribed.' I had not 'unsubscribed' and now I'm receiving emails each time a resident gives a response to a post. How do I get back to just one daily email letting me know that the daily nextdoor column is ready for review? And how do I stop the barrage of emails advising me of a response to a post? I've tried changing my email preferences but nothing seems to be working. Thank you.
I trust that Nextdoor.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
