order * *********. Product I have a problem with is ASRock AB*** Pro* AM* AMD. Asrock website says contact retailer for warranty issues. Please advise re where do I go for help with a defective product? I know I can't return this for refund but i would like to get a motherboard that works. Problem is random bsod whenever dimm is put in socket b*. Seems to run fine with * dimm in socket a*. The ram is on this same order and it tests fine.
GetHuman-burylc did not yet indicate what Newegg should do to make this right.
