I arrived at Newark Liberty Airport around 10:45 yesterday, which was about 15 minutes late. I traveled with Sun Country Airlines and unfortunately, 2 of my bags, which contained my wedding clothes, went missing. There was no Sun Country representative at the baggage claim area, and no office to report the issue. Despite speaking with Sun Country over the phone multiple times, I still have no update on my luggage. This incident has not only disrupted my wedding plans but has also caused tension within my fiancé's family. As a 60-year-old disabled veteran, I found myself with nowhere to stay, spending my first night on the street with my service dog due to not having a hotel reservation. This situation has left me very upset and stranded without any information on my missing bags. While I understand this may not be your direct responsibility, any assistance, like a ride to the airport, would be greatly appreciated. Sun Country has instructed me to fill out a form and wait for a response. It's been a frustrating experience trying to get help, as various parties, including the police, mentioned they couldn't assist since they don't work for Sun Country. I am currently at McDonald's in Englishtown, NJ, feeling distressed and unsure of what to do next.

Hello Emergency. Yesterday around 3 PM, I left a flight critical equipment item at C 84 Newark, New Jersey, on the white tables where the iPads are located for charging. It’s a mini iPad with a gray cover, and upon turning it on, it will display "Fly Exclusive," the company it belongs to. Since I can't contact United directly, could someone check with the counter to see if it has been turned in? Thank you. - Kevin

My girlfriend is currently facing issues with customer care preventing her from boarding a train. They are insisting on checking her baggage and charging additional fees for documents that have already been cleared by customs. This situation has already cost me over $[redacted], and they are requesting more money. My girlfriend is a US citizen, and I find this whole situation confusing. I know your role is to assist customers, not create obstacles. I understand the importance of your job, but this has become excessive. Urgent assistance is needed. Thank you for your help.

I am a Canadian student with a study permit currently in India due to the extended travel caused by Covid-19. My final semester in Canada begins this fall. I am planning to travel back to Canada via a United Airlines flight from Chennai to Delhi to Newark, connecting to Canada. I hold a valid B1/B2 visa for the USA but want to ensure I can transit smoothly. I have contacted United Airlines, the US embassy in Chennai and Delhi, and Indian immigration at Delhi airport, all confirming that I can transit through the USA without issue. However, I seek reassurance regarding potential immigration matters at Newark airport.

My luggage is currently with the United Airlines baggage team, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet despite being in India. I have been trying to contact them with no luck. I have valuable items in that bag and I am willing to pay for the delivery charges. I flew with Lufthansa from Frankfurt to EWR on June 27. Unfortunately, my daughter's luggage did not arrive. Despite filing a claim with the luggage claim staff and online, I received no confirmation or updates regarding the delayed luggage. The luggage actually arrived on the flight the next day, June 28, but I still did not hear from Lufthansa. After contacting customer service and the baggage department, and even submitting an Extended Baggage Delay form, there has been no progress. I emailed photos and details to [redacted] as instructed, but the email did not go through. I am frustrated that it has been 10 days, and I am still without my daughter's luggage. Currently, I am on hold with Lufthansa once again to address this issue.

I traveled with my family on August 26th from Miami to Newark, NY with JetBlue, and then from Newark, NY to Krakow, Poland with LOT Polish Airlines. Unfortunately, upon our arrival in Poland, our three suitcases did not make it with us. After contacting JetBlue, they informed me that the suitcases were left in Newark, NY and advised that LOT Polish Airlines should be responsible for delivering them to Krakow. As we are already in Poland, it is not possible for us to retrieve the luggage from Newark, NY. The tag numbers for the missing suitcases are: - [redacted] (Painter) - [redacted] (Polak) - [redacted] (Polak) We have filed a claim in Krakow, Poland stating that the luggage did not arrive. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request assistance for my upcoming flight itinerary from Newark to Manchester with two connections in Dublin and Frankfurt on December 16th. The flight we are booked on is departing at 19.15 with flight number OS7812. Upon reaching Dublin, we will be disembarking and will not continue with the subsequent flights. I kindly ask for your help in ensuring that our luggage is offloaded at Dublin as well. United Airlines has directed me to contact you for this arrangement. Hello Team, I would like to report an issue with my son's baggage from his recent flight from Cape Town, SA to Charleston, SC with a layover in Newark Liberty on Saturday, February 4th. Unfortunately, out of his three bags, one oversized sporting equipment bag, tagged with number [redacted], did not make it to its final destination. We have been trying to track it down using the file reference number CHS36758M, but so far, there have been no updates on its location since it was last scanned in Newark. During my journey from Stuttgart to Denver with a layover in Heathrow, my luggage was mistakenly sent to Newark Airport instead of Denver. Despite being scanned in Newark on April 3, the suitcase is currently missing. United Airlines provided me with file number DEN85482M. The customer service representatives in Southeast Asia have been helpful but can only confirm that the luggage is lost. Interestingly, my daughter-in-law, who owns the suitcase, has received two phone calls related to its whereabouts, indicating it might still be in Newark. Unfortunately, when trying to contact the number that called her, only an automated message plays.

I encountered a situation where my husband faced a medical emergency just before our flight [redacted] to Greenville, South Carolina on Thursday, October 12th, at 8:31 am. Unfortunately, we had to go to the hospital, resulting in both of my checked luggage pieces being transported to South Carolina without me. United Airlines managed to bring back my luggage to Newark Airport, but I am still waiting for the delivery of the two suitcases to my residence. My baggage claim numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. One of the bags is a black and tan print, appearing like a carry-on but was actually checked in. The other piece is a colorful print with light colors, both manufactured from soft material. The tracking number provided by United Airlines for my luggage is EWR14313M. Due to being a senior citizen with a sick husband, I am unable to personally visit the airport to retrieve my belongings. I would sincerely appreciate any help in this matter.
