* more missed delivery and you have lost a customer.*I did not have delivery on Saturday and the excuse on the phone message was different from the one given when I called to ask for someone to talk to me. This "printing" or "delivery" issue has happened * other times. As long as I have been getting the paper I figure your lack of quality in delivering the paper is about **% of the time. I keep asking to have a manager contact me and I am tired of the "boiler plate" emails. What is being done to correct your problems?
