I am a member at Nyack in west Nyack. THE MANAGER THERE HAS BEEN REFUSING TO CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIP AND PAY US BACK * FOR THE MONTHS HE HAS REFUSED TO CANCEL AND HAS BEEN CHARGING US SINCE MAY. Every time my husband had gone in asking to cancel his membership he was told the manager wasn't in and he would give a call. My husband went in twice a week for two months and the manager was never there and he was told the same thing they will leave a note for him to call my husband and cancel on the phone. Then my husband finally got to see him, and the manager REFUSED to cancel and then REFUSED TO refund us back for the months we have been trying to cancel. This is not right. And I see reviews where I am not the only customer that has had this same problem. We had contacted customer service and they told us they were talking to the manager about it and the manager should be calling us to settle it. HE NEVER DID. And now I see another charge for the membership!!!!!! This is ABSURD I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS EVEN ALOUD TO HAPPEN, we are legitimately being robbed.**I will keep reviewing and talking about this issue until this is resolved and we are reimbursed for this ridiculous amount of time and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
