My name is Evgeny Kerin. I am a member of your club at **rd & Central Park West. I am writing a claim to you! There was a problem! I want to solve it and write to you! I have ended the club membership period. I paid $ **.** every month! in April, payments increased to $ **.**. The contract says that you should inform me about this in ** days about the price change, but I was not informed. Probably because of the carelessness of the work of the club management. You violated the terms of the contract. Without informing and without my consent to this, you have increased the price. I ask for the termination of the contract and a refund of $ **.** withdrawn from my card on April * and $ **.** on April * or renew the contract at the old price of $ **.**. Today, on April *, I was at the club I was trying to communicate with the manager Andrei Fields, but in order to understand me and help me, I ran into irritation to my problem.
