My name is Kimberly Cella, I signed up for NYSC in Ridgewood in january and received the free january and february promotion. My sister was added to my account shortly after in Montclair and was supposed to receive the same promotion, also giving me a $** credit to my dues. Instead of the promotion, I was charged $**.** for her membership in January. I called the Montclair manager and was ensured it was a mistake and I would get the free promotion in february and be credited the **.** toward her march membership. INSTEAD I was charged $**.** for her membership in February and called the Montclair club to address the issue multiple times before a manager finally talked to me and promised it was again just a mistake made in the way they had signed her up..reassuring.. but, I would be credited the money on her march membership. Much to my surprise, in march i was AGAIN charged $**.** for her membership. I called the gym every day for over a week and never received a call back from the manager. I then called member services and was told an area manager would reach out to me within * to * business days..its been a week and a half.. I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service as it has been two and a half frustrating months of charges that were never supposed to be charged at all! This has been the most frustrating gym membership I have ever had and if it werent for the clifton staff and trainers i would cancel both memberships immediately. Please have someone contact me ASAP on my cell, as i leave for a week this coming Sunday, ****. My number is **********.
