I became a member of NYSC in October of ****. I was notified that a monthly fee of $**.** would be taken out of my account every month. For October, the monthly fee was taken out regularly. For November, the monthly fee was taken out on the **th. For December, I was abroad at the beginning of the month and there was insufficient funds in the payment account. I was not notified of this and no fees were taken out. I swiped my NYSC card in a Queens NYSC and was not notified that there were any late fees. Today (Jan *th) I went to sign in back at NYSC and I was notified of the $** fee that I must pay to enter the gym. I understand that for December I must pay the $** monthly fee and for January also. I will deposit money into the payment account, but the $** late fee for Nov, Dec, and January is there a way to resolve this because November I had sufficient funds and the payment was taken out in November **th. I assumed that the payment gets taken out on the **th and they are charging me a late fee for both November and January. Also, for December I was abroad at the beginning of the month and did not receive any calls about insufficient funds. Is there a way to resolve the late fees? As in getting the late fee waived for those months. I am a new member since October and I hope I can continue. Thank you.
