I took a membership at Lucille Roberts Clifton location on Oct **th.*member number ********* ragha, nila*I was not happy with the club and called on Nov *nd to cancel - I was told the manager had left already and I should come in on Monday to complete my cancellation. ( I have call history to verify this call)*When I went in the manager explained that because I have exceeded the one week I will be charged the annual fee of **.** plus partial charges of Dec due to the ** day policy. There was no mention of actual ** day grace period. *I challenged her that I had called and she said she had no knowledge of that. *After contacting NYSports club Customer support I was told about the ** day policy. I called up again the LR Clifton and the Manager told me it depends on what type of contract ? Then she did not even confirm my contract and said she had received an email from NYSC and would share with them the contract I signed. *This club is not being managed professionally and they do not have any idea of customer service. I hope that this can be rectified as clearly they intentionally asked me to wait until Monday so that I could be charged.
