I have a corporate membership with NYSC as part of the department of education. I signed up at the **st and *rd location and have been paying $**.** every month since ****. Recently, I found additional charges of $** for the month of September and now $*** for the month of October. I have called to ask to speak to someone about this and upgrade my membership and no one has call me back. I have sent emails with no response. Please help! If there are additional charges to attend this club, I’d like to upgrade my membership with no extra charges please. Please also refund me for the charges as I have tried to fix it and no one has helped me! Thank you!
