Hi, below is the letter I have sent through the NYSC website multiple times, but never received any replies back. **Dear NYSC officials,**I am contacting you regarding multiple refund emails that have been ignored by Mr. Jeff Janos, the general manager at the NYGC **st & Lexington location. In early July this year, I was looking to sign up for a short-term membership at NYSC. I contacted Mr. Janos asking if the gym offered such membership type and whether there was the annual fee that I had to pay. He told me that there was no short-term membership available. However, he offered me to sign up for the regular membership and said he would credit back the annual fee for me later (the emails regarding this conversation can be provided upon request). **I finally went to the **st & Lexington location to sign up. I told him that I would leave NYC at the end of August, so I needed to cancel my membership by then. He said that he would take care of it, and that I only had to pay for August (because the first month, say July, was free). I asked again whether I had to cancel the membership within August. He insisted that I didn’t have to.**After I got charged for the annual fee ($**.**) on July **th, I had sent an email asking Mr. Janos when I should expect the refund. He didn’t reply, so I had to go to see him at his office. He said it would take about two weeks. I had waited until the end of August and still hadn’t received the refund. Moreover, it looks like Mr. Janos did not really take care of my membership cancellation. After I left the City later in August, I got charged another $**.** for the September membership fee. I had sent multiple emails regarding this issue to him, asking him to reply my emails, but they were all ignored completely. **I then would like to kindly ask you three of the followings:**. A refund of $**.** for the annual fee, as Mr. Janos had promised that he would credit it back to me.**. A refund of $**.** for the September monthly charge (because I was told that my membership would be cancelled in August. I also have never been to the gym ever since.)**. To make sure that my membership has really been cancelled and that I will not get charged from now on.**I do understand that the refund process might take time. However, it would be more appreciative to at least provide me an update on that process. Ignoring all my emails is very unprofessional and does not seem to solve any problem. I hope the NYSC officals will take this matter into consideration and that I would be able to receive the refunds very soon. Again, the emails regarding the conversation between Mr. Janos and I can be provided upon request.**Best,*Khanin Chaiphet
