I have been being over charged for my membership monthly payments. I have been a loyal customer for over * years and even had many friends sign up as well. I noticed when I joined the lady told me it's a $** fixed rate. Then I saw I've been being charged for the past year $** without any notice of the upcharge my friend had the same issue and got it back to $** dollers a month with a reimbursement of the higher monthly rate.
