The issue in GetHuman-saraelha's own words
My issue is that I wanted to cancel my membership two months ago. I went to tge place they sent me a cancellation invoice and that was it and he said that I still have to pay for ** days then my membership will be automatically canceled. I payed for the following month and the next month they were supposed to take only half of the month but unfortunately they did not they took the full month. I went again to the place and they said that they fixed it and it will be canceled by mid of the month. Now it’s August the **th and still didn’t receive any email mentioning that it’s canceled or anything. Also, they did not refund the half of the month that they took. I emailed them and still no answer.
GetHuman-saraelha did not yet indicate what New York Sports Clubs (NYSC) should do to make this right.
