I was charged $** to my credit card last year at the Ave A Branch (I'm still a member but now I'm at the Remsen St branch).**The manager agreed it was an error and said she would reverse*refund it. I didn't get refunded.**I was then told it would need to be done at the month end. Again I didn't get the refund.**The manager left and a new manager came in and said she would refund it on multiple occasions. I didn't get refunded. She left.**The latest manager said he was new but could get someone from Customer Service to process the refund. Nothing has happened and nobody has called me.**I would be very grateful if somebody could help with this. $** is significant to me and I have lost a lot of time chasing this up.**Thank you,**Niall
