I am having a major issue with the service coming out of one of the NYSC locations and previously raised this with management at a Brooklyn location, who informed Regional management of the issue. Unauthorized charges were applied to my credit card on several occasions along with harrassing emails by a representative at your Grand Central, NYC location. After working with management in Brooklyn, my issues were addressed and my account moved to the Brooklyn location, it has remained on hold. The manager in the Brooklyn location has recently moved on, so I contacted the NYSC Brooklyn to confirm when my account and card would start to be charged, where I was told the *st of the month and there should be NO issues. Shortly thereafter issues commenced again, I was not charged on the *st, I was charged on the **th for the $** hold fee on my debit card (because I provided this detail to the management team in the Brooklyn location with trust that it would be used appropriately). The following month, which is today ******, I have been charged $** automatically, suggesting that I made a late payment. The payments are being charged via the NYSC Grand Central and this is ruining my entire gym experience. I am ready to cancel my membership entirely if this persists or pursue a lawsuit for harrassment and the stolen funds. Tomorrow, I will be contacting my Brooklyn NYSC and making a complaint similar to this one. However, I would like to have no further contact from anyone at the Grand Central location nor would I like them to have access to my financial information. I feel that I have been targeted and am very distraught about the communications received and lack of professionalism at this particular gym. I have been a member for a very long time and this should not happen. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
