GetHuman-sophieba's next move: talk to New York Sports Clubs (NYSC) when they open.
New York Sports Clubs (NYSC)'s call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-sophieba a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-sophieba's own words
On Tuesday May **th I entered the NYSC on **th and Broadway NY. I am working in NY for a summer intership and as a college student athlete, I needed a place to continuing my training.**When I entered the facility I inquired about a membership for the months of June and July. I was told the best deal for me was to join today for $* and the month of June would be free and the month of July was $**.**. I could then cancel the membership.**On June **th I notice a charge for $**.** on my credit card. After many attempts to contact someone by phone, I was told that this was an annual fee for my membership. This is news to me and I was not told this when I signed up. I was told that I needed to give ** days notice to cancel my membership too.**Well, I feel that I was sold on a service without all of the necessary information needed to make a proper decision. I was not told about the annual membership and I was not told I needed ** days notice to cancel. **I spoke with some one on June **th and was told Mitchell would call me. My mother even spoke with Miguel on June **th who indicated that Carter would be calling me to discuss my issue. I am still waiting for a return call from either of them. **Please send me confirmation that I will not be charged additional funds for my membership and that I am still able to use the facility until July **, ****.
