Good Afternoon,**On March **,**** I purchased a * month contract for * personal training sessions a month. I was informed upfront about a $***.** fee if I was to cancel before the * months were ended. I also was informed I needed to give a ** day notice prior to cancelling.**In the beginning May, I informed my trainer I wanted to cancel when my * months was up. I asked how to do this and he said he would take care of it. **On May **, One month before the end of my*Contract, I called the club to remind my*Trainer I wanted to cancel my sessions before I was charged on June **. I made sure to mention I wanted to make sure I was within the ** days and my trainer confirmed that he would make sure I was all set. **On June **, I received a fee of $***.**. I called NYSC on ***th asking for an explanation and the training manager said he could not refund me because May had ** days and my trainer cancelled my contract * day early. **I was extremely upset to hear this because I specifically asked my trainer to cancel in order to avoid this $***.** fee. **Please let me know that this can be refunded. **Best*Lauren LoStocco
