I have been a customer for over 15 years and received an invoice recently. I contacted a representative regarding an email indicating my subscription should not expire until 4/19/[redacted]. After sending a copy on 11/12/18, a supervisor informed me the payment is now due. Due to receiving the newspaper late in NV and feeling the NY Post isn't honoring their commitment, I canceled my subscription. In the past, John McLaughlin handled my concerns efficiently. I urge the NY Post to honor the email I received and reinstate my subscription until the specified date. I haven't received my newspaper for a week now. Despite multiple calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would call back, but no one did. I am considering canceling my subscription due to this ongoing problem. I have been a loyal NY Post home delivery customer for many years. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription on 2/27/[redacted] due to ongoing delivery problems that were not being addressed locally. About 4-5 months ago, a new delivery person began missing deliveries at least once a week. Despite calling for redelivery before the cutoff time, the missed paper was often delivered the next day with the current day's paper. Paying nearly $[redacted] annually for inconsistent service is unacceptable. My attempts to escalate the issue to a supervisor by contacting Customer Service at 1-[redacted] were unsuccessful, as I was repeatedly told a supervisor was not available and promised a callback that never happened. On my final call on 2/27/[redacted], Angel processed my cancellation abruptly. I later spoke with Romeo, who was understanding but failed to deliver on the promise of a supervisor callback. Dear Sir, I am an 82-year-old veteran who served in the Navy during the 1950s. Back then, a system allowed superior officers to place marks in service records, affecting honorable discharges. I was given a General discharge "under honorable conditions," which caused issues with USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union. This condition affected around 3 million veterans, including myself, leading to feelings of being a second-class veteran. I am requesting a change in my record to reflect an Honorable Discharge to ensure my family's eligibility for benefits and pride in my service. I served from July [redacted] to December [redacted], with service number [redacted]-64-91. I urge President Trump to issue an Executive Order to correct this injustice for the 3 million servicemen impacted. This gesture would honor those who served America and deserve proper recognition. After reading the negative commentary on semi-automatic rifles (AR-15s) and the attack on our Second Amendment rights, I have decided to no longer support your publication. I will spread this sentiment on social media and among various hunting, shooting, and sportsman groups. It's disappointing to see your publication align with a liberal viewpoint, alienating many loyal readers. It's evident that your paper is veering towards irrelevance, much like the New York Times. Watching your decline is disheartening, and it seems your newspaper is pandering to a specific audience rather than providing balanced reporting. It's a shame to witness the demise of traditional newspapers.

Hello, I purchased a scratch-off lottery ticket from a vending machine in New York. Unfortunately, the ticket was torn in two as it came out. I assumed it might have been accidentally torn by the stocking clerk. I didn't mind as long as the scratching area was intact. When I scratched the ticket at home, I discovered it was a $[redacted] winner according to the numbers. The following day, I tried to cash the ticket, and despite showing $[redacted] when I scratched it, the checker displayed $60. I received $60 from the clerk. I contacted the lottery office and shared photos. They asked me to send the ticket and receipt to the headquarters. After waiting a month, they called to say the ticket didn't match and I was paid correctly at $60. I requested an investigation, but they declined, claiming that was the final decision. I have been experiencing issues with my newspaper delivery. I have requested for it to be delivered by my garage door at 6:00AM as I leave for work around that time. Unfortunately, the newspaper has been arriving between 8:00-9:00AM making it inconvenient for me as I only return home from work at 5:00PM. However, for the past four days starting from Friday, April 2, [redacted], I have not received any newspaper delivery at all. Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no resolution to this ongoing problem. When I contact customer service based in the Philippines, they assure me they will expedite the issue, but nothing has been done so far. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

My name is Catherine B., residing at 41 Somerville St. Rochelle Park, NJ [redacted], can be reached at [redacted]. In January, I requested to stop the paper delivery from Jan. 20 to May 1, [redacted]. Upon returning home, I found that 14 NY Post newspapers were delivered during this period, which could have signaled my absence and posed a security risk. While in Naples, FL at [redacted] Country Hollow Ct., Naples, FL, [redacted], I asked for the paper to start on April 5th till April 29th. Despite receiving the paper on April 5th, I did not get it on April 6th and 7th. After contacting the service, they claimed they had the wrong address, although they previously delivered to the correct one. Over the 25-day period, I missed receiving the paper for 5 days. A credit of $55.08 on my account is requested for the erroneous deliveries and service issues faced.

I have been a loyal subscriber to the NY Post for years and have generally had good delivery service. However, recently I have been experiencing significant issues with missed deliveries by new delivery persons who do not speak English. This has led to numerous missed deliveries, with a long list of dates where the paper did not arrive. I rely on home delivery to avoid having to purchase the paper at a store early in the morning. When accessing the NY Post on my digital site, I can only view the front page with other pages blacked out and a lock icon displayed. I have reached out via email on Sunday and Monday but have yet to receive a response. Upon entering the web address nypost.pressreader.com and logging in, the address bar changes to nypost.pressreader.com/[redacted] and then quickly switches to nypost.pressreader.com/new-york-post, resulting in the issue of blacked-out following pages. I have attempted to access the site using a different browser, but encountered the same problem. If the address would remain at ...com/[redacted] instead of ...com/new-york-post, I believe I would be able to access the paper properly. I reside at 22 North Manheim Blvd and have not received my NY Post delivery for over a week since it has been mistakenly delivered to 20 North Manheim Blvd. I have to walk around the corner every day to retrieve it. My house is located around the corner from JOHN ST on North Manheim, situated across the street from 48 JOHN St due to a rock issue that led to its construction off the southwest corner of the original location. I understand the confusion caused by this unusual layout. I appreciate the delivery person's efforts and would like to rectify this situation as I enjoy the paper immensely. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service of the daily Post in Sarasota, Florida. There have been multiple occasions where the paper was not delivered as scheduled. Once, the paper was missed for two days, and even on Christmas day, causing frustration. Today, I finally received today's paper along with the two missed days' editions. This level of service is unacceptable. If this issue persists, I may have to consider cancelling my subscription. As a long-time reader of the Post for over 30 years, this reliability issue is disheartening, especially coming from a former New Yorker.

I have been receiving my newspaper at two different addresses, from [redacted] Stewart Circle apt 5 in Boca Raton to [redacted] 77th Lane N in Loxahatchee, FL. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive again today. I have experienced missed deliveries around 25-30 times between these locations. Despite my efforts calling the company multiple times, the issue persists. Although they promise me a credit, my monthly bill remains unchanged. I truly enjoy reading this newspaper, but the service quality is lacking.

To whom it may concern, I have not received a paper since last Friday. There was no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Despite contacting support and being informed that the paper's cost would be refunded and delivery would resume, nothing has improved. I requested escalation and a callback today. I would like to receive all the missed issues promptly. If the regular delivery person is unavailable, there should be a backup plan in place. I am concerned about their well-being and the lack of a replacement. After five decades of being a loyal customer, I am extremely frustrated. Furthermore, the newspaper's price at newsstands is too high considering its reduced size. I feel like the delivery issues, print edition, and customer satisfaction are not being taken seriously.
