Harassment and Discrimination Incident Report Date of Incident: October 23, [redacted] Time of Incident: Approximately 5:00 pm Bus Details: - Bus Number: [redacted] - Bus Route: M4 - Direction: Washington Heights - Bus Driver Description: - Hair: Black dreadlocks - Skin Color: Brown - Wearing: MTA navy uniform Upon boarding the bus, I inserted $1.01 in the coin slot as the fare. The bus driver reacted rudely, questioning the amount. Despite explaining that it was all I had, he insisted on more money and implied I needed permission to board. After a brief exchange, I proceeded to the back of the bus. I perceive this treatment as harassment, especially witnessing the driver deny entry to another passenger based on their appearance. This behavior seems discriminatory and unprofessional. I believe in fair treatment for all passengers, irrespective of their race or fare paid. The bus driver's conduct towards me and other passengers raises concerns about his customer service skills and respect. Moving forward, I will continue to pay what I have and expect respectful service during my commute.

I accidentally left my backpack on the subway and it was turned in fortunately. I received a call about it, but I misplaced the reference number. I included important documents like my birth certificate, social security card, and military papers in the bag. I'm in urgent need of my social security card due to the government shutdown affecting the issuance of a new one. As a wounded veteran, I require these documents for housing purposes. My name is Matthew Murphy and my phone number is [redacted]. Can you please assist me in retrieving my lost backpack by searching for it using my name? I would appreciate a reference number to facilitate the process. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter promptly.

I misplaced a black small wallet with a side zipper. Inside, there are several IDs belonging to Angela Morcos, along with $4 in singles, a TD Bank card, a U.S. Bank card, a volleyball bracelet in the front pouch, a student metro card, and a regular metro card. I lost it on the uptown 6 train from 68 Hunter College to 86 Street approximately between 3:25-3:50 today, March 13th, 23. If anyone happens to come across it, please try to locate it and return it to me. Thank you.

I misplaced my phone at the 7train Main St. Station. The current tracking shows it remains at the station, suggesting it may have dropped onto the tracks. It's an iPhone 14 Pro. I activated lost mode and provided a contact number. I'm looking for assistance to search the tracks, as I'm aware it's against the law for me to do so.
