I am frustrated with the customer service I received at MetLife Stadium during the recent NY Giants/Chicago Bears Game on December 2. I tried to purchase beverages with my credit card, but the transaction was declined multiple times, resulting in multiple pending charges for one transaction. When I sought help from the guest relations desk, the staff were unhelpful and showed irritation. Despite trying to explain the situation, I was met with anger and eventually threatened to be asked to leave the stadium. After being referred to vendor services, I was still unable to find a resolution. This experience, coupled with the significant travel expenses incurred by my party, has left me extremely disappointed. Good morning, I am writing to share the story of my dear friend Tom Lawrence, a brave man battling cancer, GvHD, and pneumonia at the young age of 37. A Giant Football Game is a significant part of American culture and should be presented in a cleaner and more appealing way, especially to the 65,[redacted] fans attending. I was saddened to hear about Blake Martinez's injury. His presence has been invaluable on the team. Losing key players like him and Nick in such a short time is truly devastating.
