Recib* una carta por correo donde dice que no soy elegible para recibir los beneficios del desempleo con la determinaci*n de que yo renuncie a mi trabajo sin tener buena causa. Cosa que es err*nea porque yo renuncie a mi trabajo por la pandemia aparte de que soy madre de cuatro menores que toman clases en casa que si califico, pienso que todo fue una trampa porque yo fui para la oficina de janitronics a entregar mi carta de renuncia y la oficina estaba cerrada al p*blico y llam* a la oficina central en Albany y me dijeron que no ten*a que entregar mi carta de renuncia porque la oficina estaba cerrada al p*blico por la pandemia y no me dieron opci*n a enviar mi carta de renuncia por correo electr*nico y ahora salgo perjudica yo.
