I was asked an online question that was impossible to answer correctly! and am not recieving benefits for those weeks that I didn't work

Correct an online impossible question to answer truthfully ... I received benefits (finally) w*e **** thru ****. But the last day I worked was ****, which is recorded on multiple applications and in * separate telecons. I think this issue originated when I was asked an online 'break-in' question that I had NO WAY TO ANSWER CORRECTLY. They asked why I haven't claimed benefits since **** and gave me a choice of because 'I have worked' or 'I have not worked'. Pretty sure I was supposed to say that I did not work but I answered truthfully that 'I worked' for one day becasue I DID work on the **th, but not another day since then! So, I have been denied benefits for w*e **** thru **** because I had no way to answer question correctly. Cannot get thru to anyone! Keep 'session timed out' every time I try to write a letter. How do I correct this?
There is no one to talk to. There are no prompts or anything that pertain to this issue
Answering or having a prompt for correcting issues
Since Covid** shut down non-essential businesses
online search for ways to get thru, talked to to others in my situation, called every number that might be applicable
