I am disappointed with The Daily News for changing my delivery service after 20 years. The first day with the new service on July 22, [redacted], I did not receive my paper. Previously, if there were issues, I could call and get it resolved quickly, even on a Sunday. Today, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone, but customer service couldn't find my account and ended the call by mistaking me for The New York Times. Despite providing my account number as [redacted], the automated system couldn't locate it. My subscription is paid up to 7/28/[redacted]. A positive sign was a robocall asking about my paper, but I still prefer speaking to a real person. Please resume delivery promptly before losing me as a customer. I switched from another paper due to their unreliable delivery service, and I hope to avoid a similar situation with The Daily News.

In the Ramgadh village of Chainpur Panchayat in Bhabua district, Bihar, a tender worth 3 crores, 27 lakhs, and 94 thousand was passed for the construction of Ramgadh dam. However, the work on the dam was not done properly, resulting in many issues. Even the reporters from The Daily News visited the dam and interviewed the local residents. After their visit, they did not publish the news. Now, it is uncertain where the rural population should turn to and whom they should approach regarding this matter. The authorities were informed but did not take any action upon their arrival.

Account #:[redacted] I have been consistently charged an additional amount labeled as Prior Balance. Despite my insistence that there is no prior charge, the bill should be $27.50. Last month I was charged over $8 and this month it's $16.86. I have spoken to your representatives before, and was advised to ignore the Prior Balance, but it keeps showing up. My bill is always $27.50 which I pay on time. Please eliminate this Prior Balance as it should not be there. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter. Marty Ippolito, August 30th, [redacted].

I normally purchase my Sunday Daily News at The Met food store near my home in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, there have been occasions where the magazine sections are missing, including this past Sunday. The store manager mentioned their papers come from a distributor referred to as "NDA". I'm curious if other readers in different parts of Brooklyn have faced similar issues, or if this is a matter of unfair treatment based on zip code (mine is [redacted]). I have been a loyal reader of the Daily News for the past 30 years, and I do not appreciate receiving less than what I have paid for. I aim to continue supporting your paper, but this continual oversight is becoming frustrating to me.

I usually purchase my Sunday Daily News from The Met grocery store near my home. Lately, I have noticed missing magazine sections in my paper, and this issue happened again yesterday. I would like to address issues I am having with my newspaper delivery service. I have experienced inconsistencies in receiving my paper, with instances of missing deliveries and late deliveries, even receiving the previous day's paper with the current one. The delivery person often brings the paper in the late morning, causing inconvenience. When inquiring about missed deliveries on holidays, I was told they do not deliver on those days, which conflicts with the service in other areas. Despite numerous complaints and requests for a different carrier, my concerns have not been addressed. I am considering canceling my subscription due to these ongoing problems and hope for a resolution to improve the delivery service.

Citi Bank closed a new account that I opened to have my SSI benefits directly deposited, but they are withholding my funds. I received my check last Friday, but they won't release the money to me or back to the sender. I urgently need the funds for medication, food, and rent, especially as a COVID victim. Citi Bank claims they can hold the check for 30-60 days, which goes against the law when it comes to government benefits. Their actions need to be brought to light, as they are overstepping legal boundaries. I fear for my health and hope this issue gets resolved promptly.

For the past three weeks, my NY Daily News paper has been consistently delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. However, what's even more frustrating is that it was correctly delivered to my address on Sunday, April 23, and then went back to being misdelivered. Despite contacting the office multiple times, the issue has not been resolved. We genuinely enjoy reading your newspaper and would prefer not to cancel our subscription.
