I returned * pairs of Yoga pants to New York and Company on April **th. I was credited for three pairs of yoga pants but was not credited for the fourth pair that I paid $**.**. I was credited for three pairs at $**.** a pair but the fourth pair was not credited back to me. I received an invoice that stated there was three pairs of yoga pants in the package but it was only two pairs. I called New York and Company several times to try and explain the situation but to no avail. My last call I stayed on the phone for a half hour with one of your representatives named Stanley. Finally he says he can’t help and he will get me a manager. I stayed on hold for so long that I hung up and refused to call back. I will never purchase another item from New York and Company. Maybe if I mailed everything separately then I would have gotten all my money back for each pair of yoga pants. * pairs at $***$** and a paire purchased for $**.***$**.**. I want my $**.** refunded to my account or I’ll start complaining and doing reviews of New York and Company on social media and write a letter to the president or CEO of the Company
