Hello, I am writing to express my concern about your company's stance on animal testing and cruelty. Although your website mentions that Neutrogena avoids animal testing except where required by law, it has come to my attention that your products are sold in regions like China where animal testing is mandatory. I kindly urge you to reconsider selling in these markets as it compromises your cruelty-free status. Prioritizing profits over the well-being of animals is troubling. I recently joined a petition to end animal testing within your company, along with many others. Please consider finding alternative solutions to adhere to cruelty-free practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Neutrogena, Hello! I'm Kristina, a conservationist, and I've observed some things about your products. I used to use your products but then realized, one: you test on animals, and two: you use palm oil. Animal testing is cruel and unnecessary. Have you considered Vietnam for your testing needs? It offers benefits like cheaper labor. As for alternatives, computer modeling and in vitro testing are humane options. Regarding palm oil, its production harms the environment. Consider using cocoa butter instead; it's a sustainable alternative with antioxidant benefits. Making these changes can help protect our Earth. Thank you, Kristina P.
