Neutrogena's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-lseifred a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I placed an order online on Nov **th...the order is STILL pending as of Dec *th.*I have called ***-***-**** three times and never reach a live person.*I have sent a complaint by email and never received a response.*I phoned the head office in New jersey and was told to call ***-***-****...I am still on hold.*I want to CANCEL my order ******** now....as it seems Neutrogena and ultimately J&J doesn't really care.**This is the absolutely worst service I have ever had!!*Linda Seifred
