I was on hold or wait, for over * * hours. The last person that I spoke with said that I would get a call back today, * May ****. I have now been on hold for over ** minutes and the wait time in your queue has said * minutes for the past ** minutes. If I am not able to resolve the issue toady, I will transfer my Domain Name to another Company. My telephone number is ***.***.**** and my email is *****@***.com.

After two days and more than * hours on the phone, mostly on hold, I told the sixth person that I spoke to that I wanted to cancel my business with Network Solutions and I demanded that they refund the money that I had Pais them two days before. She said that she could not do that, but she would transfer me to Customer Retention. After er another ** minutes on hold a very nice lady came on. I went through the explantation of all that had gone on. She asked if I would d. give her two minutes to look at something. I said that I would, but if she put me on hold, I would hang up. She was very polite, professional and reassuring. In about ** seconds she sent me an email with a link that resolved the problem. She then politely asked me if I would now remain with their Company. I politely thanked her and told her that I still wanted refund because they had wasted * hours of my time and they were not able to resolve the issue and I always had to go through a maze of voice mail and then be on hold before I could get to a human being. She said, I will send you my email right now and if you have anything that you need, please email me and she would respond within an hour. Since she had been so nice and was able to resolve the situation in less that two minutes, I agreed to do that. When I called the company that hosts my website, the person that I was dealing with, said that they would be glad to take over what Network Solutions was doing at no additional charge. I thanked him and said that since I had paid then for the year, I would wait until next year to make the change. I have written to the President of Networl Solutions and the answer that I receive will influence what I do moving forward.
