Hi, I received an email about renewal due October **,****. I logged in to my account: street-ministry.org*Changed the auto renew to OFF, tried to find out how much. Could not find it. Instead I got a message order * ********** was in process. I did not authorize this. I don not know what order that is. I tried to call. I tried to chat was knocked off,.. nobody ever answered the phone. I have been with you for a long time. I cannot check my site stats. I have problems updating the website. I never get any help. I did look at payment history and found out you had tried to charge me, but when looked up the credit card info. on file, YOU put me on auto pay, I did not authorize this. the card was OLD **** as exp. date. I have requested to be BILLED via e-mail so I may CALL you and pay. Please someone call my cell phone number ***-***-**** and HELP ME!*Ernst
