I loaded my card with money, but the amount that was supposed to be there is missing. The transactions seem correct, but a large sum is nowhere to be found, and the deposit is not reflected at all. I've never had issues with NetSpend before. Please reach out to me urgently at [redacted]. I'm currently going through a difficult divorce and this missing money is crucial for me right now. The majority of the loaded amount is missing. I loaded $[redacted] at Walgreens in Collierville, TN on Byhalia Rd, but only $19.63 remains when factoring in fees. This means $80 is missing. The automated system mentions several cards under my social, but I only have one ending in [redacted]. I suspect someone might be using my information. I am dealing with a lot right now, including cancer surgery without insurance and personal attacks. I desperately need this money. Please call me as soon as possible.

I received a call from Netspend requesting me to provide more information to add someone to my account to receive a pending stimulus refund and unblock my account to access my available balance. I need assistance because I have until the 9th of this month to complete this, and despite repeated attempts, I am unable to reach a live person when calling. I have $[redacted] on a Netspend card that expired. I requested a replacement back in December [redacted] due to the expiration. The first replacement was sent to the wrong address, and the second replacement that was supposed to arrive on February 9th, [redacted] never did. Despite calling at least 6-7 times, I kept being told the card was on its way. As of March 28th, [redacted], the card has not arrived. Recently, a supervisor claimed to be expediting another card, which has not shown up either. I have experienced financial difficulties and fallen behind on rent and bills due to Netspend's negligence. I am considering taking legal action against Netspend in small claims court for $[redacted] and an additional $10,[redacted] for the hardships my family and I have endured because of their negligence.

I receive SSD payments monthly into my Netspend account. Upon my release, I discovered my account was frozen due to fraudulent activity. Someone had changed my address, received a new card, and used it while I was in jail. Despite providing proof of incarceration, facing challenges with the bank, Netspend informed me my money was sent to the IRS. After contacting the IRS and submitting further proof, I have been unable to recover the $[redacted] left in the account. This sum is far less than the total stolen. The situation is perplexing, and I am unsure who to contact for a resolution. I am disabled and dealing with a divorce, making the need for my funds urgent.

It seems like there is a light version of the app saved on my device that I did not download. Google has stored my passwords, so I expect to use my fingerprint or password without needing to download the app again from the Play store. Additionally, I am trying to set up direct deposit with a new prepaid Visa card I bought, replacing the Skylight One card from Cumberland Farms. I sent a provisional credit check on March 24, [redacted]. Each time I reach out, I am informed that I need to wait another 15 days to receive the provisional credit. I escalated the issue to corporate, and they mentioned they would send a MoneyGram, but then mentioned canceling the check. I am feeling frustrated as I am now getting the runaround. Despite numerous attempts to get the money transferred or a paper check mailed, I have been unsuccessful. Recently, they even blocked my account, claiming my email was invalid without offering assistance. Their policy clearly states they can transfer funds between NetSpend accounts, but I have not received any help. This whole ordeal has not only affected my credit but has also caused me a great deal of distress. I am reaching out for assistance as customer service has not been able to help me. The Illinois Department of Revenue issued a levy reversal for $1,[redacted] to be deposited into my account. They have faxed it three times to 1-[redacted], but it has not been received. I am unsure why this is happening. My overdraft was temporarily suspended from May 2nd to June 15th. I contacted NetSpend two days ago, and they assured me that all restrictions were lifted. However, I am still unable to overdraft at present, despite being $9.50 overdrawn. If I pay off the overdraft now, will I be able to overdraft again, or do I have to wait until my check comes on the 27th of June?

I have a Skylight NetSpend account and my card was damaged. I transferred the funds to my regular NetSpend card, but when I tried to use it, transactions were declined. I contacted NetSpend customer service and was directed to the fraud department. They asked for multiple documents to verify my identity, but they keep saying the documents are unclear. I have tried calling but can't get through to anyone helpful. I spoke with a person named Brian from the fraud department who was rude and disrespectful and even hung up on me. I am very frustrated and considering legal action because they won't transfer my funds back to my regular account.
