The issue in GetHuman-ragenero's own words
Well I used to be able to get ahold of someone and talk to them about my account but now for some odd reason can't get ahold of a person to talk to about my account I need my card activated I need my account unlocked so I can get my money that's what's going on and why is that I don't know why but this is Jimmy Warren I sent my documents but I have heard nothing back so I'm taking it that everything is okay but it's not really because I can't get a hold of a person to find out if they're going to release my account and so I can get my money you guys have all of my information I gave you all of my information and all of my documents as well surely someone there could had email me and let me know what's going on but nobody did now I can't get a hold of no one to talk to either therefore I feel that someone should step up to the plate and figure out what's going on and why no one can talk to a person now is because of the simplest checks going there is it because of the phone lines overworked or what at least someone go to add email me and told me email me and say yes give me your card number and we will activate it so you can have your money but nobody has done that and why only you guys know why not write how you're treating your customers and it's not right or Fair that some of your customers can't get a hold NetSpend people there either why should we have to suffer any more than what we've been suffering already I feel and believe in this is my opinion let no one there really gives a **** or cares enough to let other people know what's going on with their account sure how nobody is let me know what's going on either that's right down wrong and it's not right it's not our fault therefore I feel that you guys should try and make it a little bit more effort than what you do now and let us know what's going on and let us know why we can't get ahold that people there at NetSpend so we'll know why we can't get ahold of someone there and talk to them about our account and what's going on yeah I'm aggravated frustrated it's not right it's not fair we haven't done nothing wrong and it just feels and seemed like the NetSpend people they're really don't give a **** about what we're going through oh that we got bills to pay cuz it's not their problem cuz I got a job they got money coming in as few people out here we try our best and try to get a little head as well but he'll how can we win you people make it more harder and more difficult on us holding our money up not giving it to us don't email us or anyting the let us know what's going on with the phone lines if there's a problem there or not that's not right or fair you guys should do that I don't understand why you wouldn't do it in the first place but that's okay like I said I'll do my best to get ahold of someone at the corporate office and get me some answers and hopefully take care of this seems like you guys so I'll take it from here then I don't want to get a lawyer I don't want to contact the Attorney General here or there or the BB Business Bureau either I'll wait till Monday and see what's that person I get a hold of at the corporate office says and then I'll go the good Lord have mercy on your souls
