The issue in GetHuman-ragenero's own words
Well I was told to send in some documents and I did that now inow I cannot get ahold of nobody at the NetSpend place it keeps telling me the put in my social security number I did that and then I press star I did that and it says one moment and nothing happened I waited up to ** minutes then it comes back to me again put in your card number or your social security number I need to talk to someone at the fraud department the find out if they have all the documents now that they need it so they can unfreeze my account and activate my new card so I can get my money I mean come on how do you guys feel that this is only income that you have coming in once a month and I was shocked and surprised to get my simless check here as well how in the world do I'm supposed to get my car activated and get my money yeah it's not right it's not fair for you guys to hold my money like you are especially my Social Security money it's almost a month now since you guys had have it and now I cannot get ahold of nobody to talk to to find out what's going on but that's okay cuz I'm calling the Head Quarters Monday and I'm going to talk to somebody there if it's a manager or the owner or whoever whatever I'm talking to them Monday if you guys don't get back to me today and let me know what's going on I don't want to I don't like to do this but if I have to and now this is no threat I'm just saying I'm putting it out there I'll get a lawyer involved as well and not only that I will get the tourney General involved from here and there as well and get a investigation going on why I cat get ahold of to talk to I used to but not now so therefore I'm hoping someone will understand and that have a little compassion to help me out here so I can get my money on my card I don't want it to go and get a lawyer file a written report to the attorney general here and there as well even to the BBB Business Bureau I mean it's not right you guys keeping my money I need it I got bills to pay and you guys are keeping me from paying my bills so therefore if I don't hear from you today that I'm going to charge $*** plus interest on top of that keeping my money and not have it work someone like me or other people as having a hard time getting a hold of you as well I don't know what's wrong with your phone line or the lines or whatever is going on but I cannot get ahold of nobody there and that's * *** *** * * *-* number I used to be able to talk to someone when I dial that number but now I can't I've been trying * days to get ahold of somebody and every time I call that number tells me to wait then put in your card number or your Social Security number so I put in my social security number and then they say one moment then back and say press the star so I press the star they come back and said one moment and I still wait and wait and nobody picks up so that's why I'm asking for your help I sure hope that someone there will help me and get this today and reach out to me and let me know what's going on with my account so I can get my new card activated so I can get my money I don't want to have to turn to a lawyer I don't want to have to file a file a written pill with the tourney General here and there and the the BB Business Bureau either but if I don't hear from anybody you guys are open until ** tonight so surely I can hear from somebody then you leave me no choice I'll do what I have to do I'm calling the head Corporal Monday and I hope I can talk to someone about this problem it's going on it's not right it's not fair it's not your guys's money it's my money and why can I get talk to someone to them release my money to me so I hope someone understands and gets back to me
