I've called netspend the past two days now to be able to transfer my stimulus from my old account to my new card... I've dealt with one representative from netspend who helped me tremendously about * months ago when our last stimulus came in. Haven't been able to find a representative like him since. Now, I believe my account is frozen because after dealing with * different representatives yesterday... I finally got to where I needed to be and got one number wrong in my zip code and they said not call back for another **hrs. I've never had this much trouble with netspend before, always had good business with y'all. Now, it seems like it keeps getting worse. I NEED help please
