I recieved a notice that my netspend card *acct ending with last four digits **** card number due to processing error.*This refund was entered **********. This letter was sent out **********. *I've called numerous times trying to reach someone in c*s to no avail. The automated system cant find my acct showing ****. So I'm stuck. This refund is for Foriegn Transaction Surcharges. I would like help so I can recoup my money. I used my netspend acct over a period of time for Foriegn Transactions.*Please return the call.
