Invalid card number???

GetHuman-jeweliha's customer service issue with Netspend from July 2020

Help with my Netspend issue

Account holder name, Billing address, DOB, Last 4 of SSN, Email on account, and Password on account
The issue in GetHuman-jeweliha's own words
Activate my card ... I was given a netspend debit card for my birthday, however it was not activated. The websites I have found for activating it require the card number, but this number is apparently 'not valid' I also called your number, but recived the same response.
I have no info about the card other than that written on the card
Sending a new card? It only has ** bucks on it
I'm a new customer. This is exactly what I expected thanks to my lack of info
