I purchased net spend card and thought I got scammed because a month ago when I got it at Jackson's gas station I got I got a cash deposit on the NetSpend card that I paid with cash at that store Jackson's in Oregon okay Ontario Oregon and had the receipt now they're asking for the receipt and so I went back to the gas station where I got it because I can no longer find the receipt and was wondering if I send them all the information that they need is there a way around this because I assumed the card was spent because of a bill that I had to pay for Netflix but it turns out the card wasn't even stolen they hadn't gotten a picture of it so this picture let me to believe that this person pose as an Amazon employee to deal with this NetSpend card and so I sent the card and my Social Security and I'm wondering if there's a way around this because the person activated the card put it in their name although I had purchased it that day and thought I was using it that day I did not know I needed to activate a time later finding this out as well potentially could have spent that money so fraud technically didn't need to be involved I've been on the phone * hours with NetSpend and then after all the probing we realized hey there was no fraud involved at all because the money still on the card that I purchased at that store on camera now I went to the store to get the receipt like I said and they weren't able to go back a month but they were able to scan the Box from that NetSpend hundred-dollar purchase at that store and it came up in their system as purchased already on that date so there has to be a way in NetSpend system to see when that card was purchased and not activated because it is their company well my question is if the card wasn't activated but $*** was loaded on it how did he put it in his name the same day but NetSpend can't tell me why or how but the money wasn't even spent so technically it's irrelevant the only issue I'm dealing with is it's in his name
