The issue in GetHuman-onediffe's own words
I have two accounts with you one is for business and one is a NetSpend all access. We attempted to have my grandson's stimulus check direct deposited into my business account. We were told that that did not happen and that a paper check would come in the mail. I called you guys to make sure and you guys said that when my grandson's paper check came we could deposit into my all access account as long as he signed it over to me. He did so. I tried to deposit it into my all access account today and it was declined as a check was not made out to me. That is why I specifically called you guys to ask you about the situation. My grandson is ** years old but he is special needs and lives with me. He does not have a bank account or a regular ID. We need this money to help us survive during this covid situation.
GetHuman-onediffe did not yet indicate what Netspend should do to make this right.
